Walking Dead week 2. Possible Spoilers

What did you guys think of this weeks episode?

I liked it much better than last week. However, I did laugh out loud, literally, in the beginning when Darrel said to Rick that Judith was hungry. Rick said she would be fine....if my DD was hungry and didn't have anything she would not be just hanging around quietly. But then again, it's a show ;-)

But DH made a good point and maybe someone else can figure it out, why is there a drought? Water is everywhere and there is not enough people still alive to cause droughts. So he didn't get why now they were having such a hard time finding water.

And last thing, the guy at the end creeped me out. He was nicely dressed, wasn't dirty or anything like the rest of the people they have come across.

I liked this episode for the most part. I don't get the total lack of water either. I mean, they're in Virginia I'm assuming in the summer....so I guess rain isn't as frequent, but it seems a little odd.

So....a tornado basically saving them from the walkers? I mean, okay. Sometimes this show really kind of goes into left field.

I was thinking the same thing about how quiet Judith was being. Ain't no way a hungry baby is going to just be totally chilled.

Very interested to see what's up with the new guy.

I thought it was boring, but I think it paid some necessary attention to what they've been through. I also side eyed them about the baby being hungry, but hanging out quietly. The new guy was a total creep. How many nemesis groups can they come across?!

ETA - that tornado would've taken down a rickety barn.

The drought could have been caused by just having less rain that year.

What got me thinking last night was how do the hoard of walkers find them in the barn? Were the walkers "aware" enough of the storm to want to seek shelter? Or did they follow the groups trail? But even if they were following the trail, wouldn't it have been washed away by the storm?

I assumed that the Walkers can smell them, hence why they were going for the barn. I thought they were still in GA,so the drought thing is very plausible. Here in FL, we always go through a dry spell every year. Lots of forest fires. Fireworks and fire pits, are all banned for a few weeks due to the drought and dry lands. I would guess VA would have the same issues if that's where they are. And yea, that new guy? Total creep. I told my DH that he was a Mormon. How is he so clean? What are those pictures of? How did they get developed? And seriously, how many groups are out to solely get Rick's group?
