The report that I read said that she covered a kid's head with a blanket and naptime and forcibly held it there while the kid tried to get out and then wrapped it around the kids head and held him face down on the mat. And the rest of the stuff that report states as well. I wonder if they saw the same footage or this is a different complaint.
Either way- if I saw that happening to my child or anyone else's, I would be interrupting. I don't see how someone gets away with acting like that for more than a one time instance. I'm in that daycare all hours of the day and I look in every room as I walk by. As do the directors and the cooks and cleaning people and other teachers...
