8 rounds of 1 exercise. Go all out for 20 seconds then 10 second break. Repeat 8 times. Did that with 7 different exercises. Really gets your heart rate up.

I might be the only one who feels this way, but I'd be interested to see what others are doing for workouts - I know you guys mentioned tabata or barre, but if it's something you can actually post and maybe some of us could do them, I think it'd be a good resource. Again, this might just be me. Almost like this actual ab challenge but with regular workouts and posting the workout.

I'm starting PiYo next week. It's not the type of thing you can post, but I see where you're going with this...
I was thinking next 30 day challenge we could maybe do 2 at the same time that focus on different areas. Like a leg and an arm challenge. KWIM?

I'm doing bikini body mommy. It's not particularly hard but I am freaking sore bc I don't do these movements ever. In a week or two I think I'm going to replace her cardio days with running but didn't want to overdo it and quit.

And yes! I love this challenge. It's hard as hell but the way it slowly increases is perfect.

There are a couple online programs that I really like too that maybe we could all join in for too - like FitGirlsGuide (I have their 28 day jumpstart) and then also the Mommy Trainer (facebook) and it's a 15-day program. I'm only on day 4 so far. The workouts are really short but they are supposed to increase and get harder throughout the challenge. I'm going to try and do the 90 day challenge. If you work out regularly I don't know if it would do much for you but for me since I've been a couch potato my whole pregnancy I'm definitely getting something out of it. I'm super sore. I'm a little impatient with her manner of doing the workouts since she is a little too chatty and distracted when I like things to be all business but I'm going to see it out.

I could tell you the workouts for the week if you want? They are pretty easy to figure out. At least so far she does one cardio and one strength workout and then repeats them. Day 1 was the fit test then C, S, C, C, S, rest.
