Judging by this list, she likes very interactive books that she can participate in. In GNILY and ILYTAT she likes to act them out or point at her body parts.

billyhorrible T likes 5 Little Monkeys, but scowls at me and points at their "boo boos" and then wants to kiss them better. It's a slow read for us, lol.

Very hungry caterpillar Giraffes can't dance Time for bed Llama llama red pajama Daniel Tiger Potty Book (she's obsessed with the flush button) The Napping House
And I just got her 2 books for Valentine's Day from amazon- they're a bit girly, but in case anyone is looking for that-
I had a favorite dress Not all princesses dress in pink
- Doggies (Sandra Boynton) - he's so into this one he apparently chose to howl yesterday at day care instead of napping. Luckily, his teachers were actually amused. - Good Night Darth Vader - Brown Bear - From Head to Toe (another Eric Carle) - Hop on Pop - The Little Engine that Could - All the "Pop up Peekaboo" books
Random aside - does anyone else's child reject books they haven't read a million times? We got DS a ton of new books for Christmas, and so far he's accepted the Doggies book into his repertoire, and a Good Night Michigan book after we pointed out there's a page with dinosaurs on it, but the other dozen or so books he received? Garbage, according to him. Any time we try to pick a new one up, he closes it, throws it to the side, and brings a more familiar book.
LO still loves the classics like Goodnight Moon, I Love You Through and Through, and Sandra Boynton books. I think it is because he is used to reading them at daycare. He also has a few farm animal board books that he still loves.
One new book that he got for Christmas that he really likes is Noisy Dinosaurs which is a touch and feel book that also makes different dinosaur growls. link

My LO has moments like this too. I would just try to offer again after a few days/a week and maybe he will be become more interested in them later.
Go Dog Go Brown Bear Brown Bear I Love You Through and Through God Gave Us You Found
Omg DD used to loooooove Brown bear Brown bear! When she was in her car seat hating phase I had to recite it from memory as it was the ONLY thing she would stop crying for.
And there's another one that has pictures of toddlers/babies and different emotions on every page. She seems to like it because it's pictures of kids. She also thinks one of toddlers in it is my friend's daughter, so she says her name and points at that page every time.

LO is really into Halloween books & lift the flap ones.
#1 fave is called Spooky House. We've read that one 656 times since Halloween and now he pretend screams and faints when we open certain flaps. Hilarious.
His favorite Sandra Boynton book is Red Hat Green Hat (or some other colors). I just got him a bunch more and he's been willing to read them.
More Halloween books.
He still loves those Priddy animal pictures books.
The Spot books & sometimes Where's Baby's pumpkin & beach ball.
Oh, we have a Curious George early readers set where the stories are shorter and he loves those. We used to read them daily.
