This is so weird you mention this because I developed a dotted rash on my stomach yesterday and last night it spread and became so itchy. MH googled it and pupps came up. I just assumed it was an allergy to something. I am calling my OB this am. So, sorry I'm no help! Maybe make a thread on parenting they may have some advice! I hope you get relief asap.
ETA forgot to mention an important part, I'm a week postpartum and I'm just seeing this. It seems like it's rare which is odd.

I got a horrible horrible rash that started two or three days after delivery. The picture below shows the welts that we're all over my body. I was miserable and wanted to just rip my skin off. Does yours look like this? It was worse on my back and hands. It actually started on my hands.
I went to my OB thinking PUPPs but he didn't think it was related to the delivery but prescribed me some steroids that cleared the rash up in a week. I came to find many people that get the same rash post delivery!.

brazilianpeach - yeah mine started on my belly just a small rash then spread to cover my entire belly and looked similar to yours but my rash was more fine and not quite to Welty as yours. It also went to my forearms too.
They moved my csection up to 1/27 and I think my entire rash was gone by when I was released on the 30th.
