Yay Thursday which is always Friday for me. Not much going on here. I'm fairly sure my sister and I are getting matching memoriam tattoos tomorrow. The last thing my dad always, always, always told us was to be good. We were able to find it in his handwriting and will be getting it on our wrists.
That's all I've got. Oh! I've slept until my alarm 3 days in a row.

This is lovely. Especially the fact that it will be in his handwriting.
I'm meeting up with a friend for lunch...assuming I can get something out early this morning.
mrsmonogrammed haha That's what my coworker and I always say about our fitbits. I haven't worn mine for like 2 months since my strap broke so it's like I haven't taken a step this entire time!
Happy Thursday/my Friday! My new supervisor announced last week that she has elected to retire as of 1/31, so we're having a team lunch today. And then right after work we are headed up to Tahoe for the weekend! I can't wait to be in the snow!

Yay! I'm also in the Thursday is my Friday club, and this one feels extra good since it's the first day since Monday DS hasn't woken up super crabby/screaming. His temp was still down this morning and his cough sounds looser, so fingers crossed we're finally on the upswing!
It's cold and snowing, but I'm obsessed with my FitBit and determined to come in the top 5 on a workweek hustle I'm in, so I'm actually thinking I might take a quick walk outside at lunch today!
Damn it, I keep forgetting to put my Fitbit back on. This is like the 3rd day without it- now it's like my steps never even happened:P
When I was walking with my mom at the fundraiser on Sunday she was trying to hit 10,000 steps. She looked with about 50 steps to go her battery started to go and she was like "noooo I'm so close!!" I was like mom, just keep walking you will still hit it and she said "but I like the little vibration when I hit my goal!!!"
So my mom gets you lol.
For the record, the battery held on long enough to get her celebration in.
I stayed home from mom and tot yoga this morning, I woke up with plugged ears and a runny nose and it just didn't feel like fun. H works at the school anyway and didn't have any early meetings today so he took DS with him to preschool and I started house purge day 3. (ETA wait it's thursday! Day 4! I'm on a roll this week haha, and almost hit all the parts that were bugging me most!) Yoga would have been so much more relaxing...but I would have had to dress for public lol.
I also have a meeting tonight that I don't want to miss since I didn't make the last one. Ladies Night Out fundraiser prep time!
I'm going to attempt washing, folding and putting laundry away today (all in the same day). This has never happened so wish me luck!
I'm going to need coffee first before this happens
Are you telling me there are people in the world able to accomplish such magic?
It must be some sort of witch craft. And nobody tell my husband about it. He hates when I forget to move a load from the washer to the dryer and then we have to wash it again and he can't put in the stuff he was trying to wash in the first place. Which is like....every time. LOL

So jealous! I love Tahoe in the winter. We may be coming out in July for a visit so we will have to arrange a wine tasting day.
I'm in the office today and it's glorious! No whiney toddler. I love my girl but this stage is ridiculous so far. We have a 1 year old bday party Saturday and then doing a museum on Sunday this weekend and I'm excited because I've never been to this particular one.
LO had her EI/speech eval and barely qualified for services, but did for expressive language. She was really high in areas I anticipated her being high in and they were generally impressed with her skills! She starts therapy next week hopefully with a developmentalist. Fingers crossed it alleviates some frustration and she can start communicating more effectively soon!
They encouraged me to ride the animal interest out, so when she wakes up I need to go pull every single animal/farm animal book she has. I want the Melissa and Doug animal puzzle, too, but that will have to wait until next pay!
So I just went to the retirement luncheon for my boss today and realized that my boss' boss' boss is my friend's dad. We went to high school together and college and were pretty close for a while, but I haven't seen her in a few years. I've heard people talk about him a bunch of times at work and never put 2 and 2 together!
He walked up and I started introducing myself and he was like, "You know my daughter" and then it hit me, "OMG you're Kristin's dad!" LOL
Guys I need to AW these leggings I got from mirage86 for FREE in her LLR group! She has some seriously gorgeous prints, so if you aren't in her group already you totally need to be!! Plus she does A LOT of giveaways!
Thank you so much @jemomma! I hope you like them! I want to add here too that I am so thankful for everyone who is in my group. I honestly cried when a bunch of my J15 girls joined. I'll always do my best to reflect the LLR culture in my group and treat everyone with the love and appreciation that I really do have for all of you. That includes lots of giveaways I always loved a surprise win and it's so much fun to get to give that to others now!
Also, mirage86 is adorable modeling her LLR! Like...it all looks amazing on her. I know Julia's are terrible on me but her pictures make me want to buy one.
Thank you! It's in the way it gets styled or paired with other things. This was the first time I've ever really taken the time to style so many different outfits, so it was a learning experience for me.
That was a really quick delivery madymoiselle! I can't wait for you to see those leggings in person!
Edit: I knew I couldn't remember how to gif right.
