Apparently I'm all over the place with projects- I'm taking a class next week on my specific Serger Machine because I'd love to start an Etsy shop selling newborn swaddles and headbands/hats.
H and I are also slowly but surely replacing the last of the ugly brown/beige paint from when we moved in! And by "the last of it" I mean all of the shared living areas, lol.

I've been pinning for the birthday party. Mostly because I want to settle on a theme or whatever and start buying things slowly. Other than that we are working on house projects, painting and tiling the powder bath and getting the house ready to hopefully sell at some point.

I'm with budders, outside of eating/drinking horribly tonight, I've been doing really well at getting my steps in and snacking less, and it's starting to show. I'm trying to get back to a place of not completely hating my body.
That, and if I could get our family yearbook for 2016 made, that'd be really nice.
Joining budders and jillywilly, I've been working on myself (physically, which is from a result of some mental healing) more this month than I ever have.
I've also suddenly gotten the urge to purge our house, and made a ton of headway on that this week!
Currently, am sitting down with a beer and my laptop and beginning DD's 2nd year photo book. It's amazing going back through last summer's pictures..she was such a baby yet while we were camping! Once I catch up to present day on hers I'll start DS's as his birthday is a month later.
Im a planner in all aspects of my life. Not spontaneous or procrastinating in the slightest.
I have a birthday theme in mind for LO and some ideas for DD-- cant commit her to anything definate this early because her interests and favorite characters tend to change.
I have been making Easter basket idea lists since Christmas.
I have been planning a Disney vacation for 2018. Our vacation for 2017 doesn't excite me as much but im going to start planning more related to that as it gets closer.
I have been working a lot on me as well. I have been exercising consistently for a few months and continue to amp that up. I am also actively looking for another job and working on improving myself in areas identified as weaknesses during past interviews. Generally im trying to have a better attitude about life but it is hard sometimes
I've started pinning ideas for O's birthday. I'm assuming his enthusiasm for Mickey isn't going to diminish in the next 6 months.
I'm currently listening to The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up so my house is about to get Kon Mari'd! I've started the process with my clothes. Surprisingly, the toddler isn't helpful with this process.
I've been working on me, too. Exercising, eating better, and trying to figure out what to do with my job situation. I know I'm not happy where I am but am unsure if I want to try for a single position. I still have a couple months until interview season starts so I've got time.
I made these banana chocolate chip muffins this morning. Other than that I've got nothing. You guys are putting me to shame!
Yum!! I'm coming over! I can't bake to save my life so you got me beat. Those probably aren't on my low carb low sugar eating plan though. I was pretty proud of myself last night for not scarfing my kids mac n cheese and eating my salmon filet and asparagus. I have to keep repeating "swimsuit season swimsuit season" in my head. I refuse to be a fatass another summer.

I'm working on getting rid of things. We have so much stuff that's accumulated through the years and it's way out of control, and doesn't help my stress level any.

@wwprestige - For decor I'd stick with primary colors, plus black and green, using the toys to decorate. If you're ambitious, maybe cutting out some masks and using them as decor pieces.
Are you set on cake? Because I would do cupcakes. For LBB's super hero party I had them frosted with color
But I like this idea too which would be less messy.
Either way you can either print out a Voltron topper, or find fondant ones on etsy.

@wwprestige yesh voltron is hard! I agree with billyhorrible and do all your decor in the bright primary colors and add in the black. You can even do just black table cloths and bright plates, silverware and cups. Do your cake up or cupcakes with the printable stuff to add in the actual Voltron characters.
Im working on a reading challenge and I have a ton of hemming and scrapbooking to catch up on. Also need to decide on outfits for Valentine's day/ very late anniversary pics this weekend.
I've begun pinning ideas for Cs big boy bedroom. After we finish the new nursery we will start working on leveling out the floor in Cs new room and move him over. (Honestly probably won't happen until late summer.) I think I want a transportation theme for him. I'll paint the room a blue or something then just get or make the transportation decals for the wall. That way it's not too much to change when he's older and ready for something new. ETA: I still have no idea what I want for the new nursery though. I'm thinking grey and white with an accent color just so I can use Cs bedding and such. (C had a yellow accent with elephants. I haven't figured out the new accent color theme.)
I'm working on cleaning up our spare bedroom that will be turned into E's big boy room. I've settled on a shark theme - blues and white. Just started cleaning, so I don't have much to show for this project yet besides a few pins on Pinterest.

Echo of a lot of you ladies, Im mostly working on me. Eating healthier, getting more active, making time and space for myself and my interests. Also chipping away at unfucking my habitat, tidying up one manageable space at a time.
SO and I will soon work on a budget and start fixing our credit. Paycheck to paycheck living makes this task seem incredibly daunting and mostly useless, but I'm convinced that pinching a few pennies here and dollars there can start to add up. Advice on this is enthusiastically welcomed!

We're working on our budget as well. I'm going to attempt a no-spend month next month, outside of bills/utilities/groceries/fuel. No tips here yet, but we've been spending more than we've been making for over a year now and it's not a good feeling seeing the numbers on paper.

I hear you musicfrk2002. We've had to borrow (and immediately pay back) money several times this past year, then we spend the next few months recovering. Its like one step forward 2 steps back. Need to switch things up a bit!
musicfrk2002, periwinkledaydreams, we're also working on paying down debt. We've always budgeted well but my mat leave plus daycare has hit us hard. We want to go back to our accelerated mortgage and try to get rid of our consumer debt.
Planning things for the new house. Which room is for what, paint colors, furniture, home decor. Can't wait to get in there! Our current house has plaster walls, so that limits decorating. I'm so excited to be able to hang some of our artwork on the walls!
ETA: I'm really hoping I can keep our lives in order better at the new house and not let things pile up so much. I drive myself crazy when they do pile up, so I have lots of systems I want to implement once we're in.

We use Dave Ramsey's snowball method. I know a lot of people really like You Need A Budget. They seem somewhat similar. You just allocate every penny each month and roll extras (no matter how little) into savings/ extra debt payment. Budgeting has been a game changer for us. I think we've been at it almost 4 years now. We are not very good at managing cash like Ramsey recommends, so I always go back and forth on that.

Did you see the shark sheets at Target? They're part of the Pillowfort collection. I'm sure they have other coordinating pieces too, I only looked at the sheets.
