So, who else is sitting on the end of the month bench with me? Because I'm thinking with all the c-sections and inductions and twins I may actually end up being the last pregnant gal on the board. Crap!

Update on me: nst and labs all looked good. I go ha k in Thursday morning for a regular appointment. Hoping the blood pressure is down to a level that Dr is happy considering I have no other issues.
shawnabm1320 I'm an end of the monther. My nst and labs all came back normal today. So if I can just get my BP down to normalish range I fully expect to be induced at 41ish weekish. Which is March!

I was wondering why it was taking DS so long to fall asleep tonight. And then I realized that I couldn't hear his white noise machine through the monitor. Because I didn't turn it on before I left his room. So, it's on now. But he was really mad when I came in and then left again. Poor kiddo - mommy is losing it.
I'm not due until the 19th, but I'm being induced the 13th. DS was due the 19th, and born the 2nd, so I've been planning everything around this baby coming on the 2nd as well. Like, I've finished up everything at work, my dogs are already at my ILs, bags packed, everything ready. That may have been in haste though because I don't feel like this little guy is going anywhere soon. Those are going to be a long 11 days!

EmMilAlly, It's funny how we have certain dates in our heads. F was 4 days late, and for some reason I've just decided that baby girl is going to be 4 days early. Why? No reason. I just have it in my head. Hopefully your little guy comes before you go crazy with impatience, at least!
Last time I was really impatient that F wasn't born yet when over half my birth board already had their babies. But as soon as my due date hit and I had my cry about going to be overdue, I was totally at peace with it. I'm sure it wouldn't have lasted forever, but the last 4 days before he was born I was totally patient about it. Hopefully the fact that I have a lot to do will distract me while all of you get your babies

EmMilAlly DD was due on the 20th and didn't come until the 4th. So this time around I'm due the 5th but prepared to go to the 20th. Anything before that will be awesome
shawnabm1320, I am living the caboose life here too lol, due Feb 28. On my last BMB, I was also due toward the end of the month, but then my son came early! You never really know what will happen.
The benefits of being at the end though, if you do end up at the end, are that you will gain from all the ongoing advice figuring out newborn issues/breastfeeding/motn life/etc. And the last baby born on the BMB is always extra special, I think

Ahh shellbell I am so excited for you! You've got this!
I'm an end-of-monther too, and also convinced I'll go over my due date at least by a bit. The upside is that I still have tons of time to get everything ready... right?

Regarding the booze in the tiramisu, I'd add it for my own family, but probably not for other people's kids.
FWIW I've been having wine with dinner since I was about 10. European roots and all. Probably kept me from seeing booze as a big deal when I was a teen. My friends were getting hammered and my mom was opening a bottle of red with dinner LOL
Now college... Eek! LOL
ETA: Ha! I totally posted this in the wrong thread. What day is it?!
