1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? - I was sick most of the back half of the week. We've got something going around work since at least one of the 9 of us were out each day. So, not great but not my worst either. Water intake and steps were all above goal except Thursday since I camped out in bed and slept all day.
2. What are your goals for this week? -continue getting 7-8 glasses of water per day -steps >10,000 -not get sick again
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? -down nearly 7lbs from 2 weeks ago!
4. GTKY: plain or flavored water? What flavor? -usually plain, but it has to be cold. I bought a case of la croix last night since everyone here raves about it, but I don't like it.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I actually did really good! I did really well in my FitBit challenge, got my goal steps every day last week, and ate really well during the work week. The weekend I slid a bit (like I do every weekend), but I'm still down a pound from last Monday!
2. What are your goals for this week? Keep on keeping on - meet my step goal, exercise on the elliptical two more times this week, and keep trying to make good decisions on what I'm eating, at least most of the time.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Does anyone actually achieve 10,000 steps a day on their FitBits? I'm so amazed at the top two girls in my challenge, they got like, 50,000 steps last week. I'm happy when I get 8,000. I try to take a walk at lunch and walk around my office as much as possible, but it's hard to get all those steps in!
4. GTKY: plain or flavored water? What flavor? I really like when I remember to have some fresh fruit cut up for my water - my favorite to add is lemons, limes, strawberries, or any combination of the above, but I rarely have it together enough to do that, so 99% of the time I'm drinking plain.

Last week was better. I made it to the gym more and tried to eat better. I have just weaned B though, so not only am I eating like I'm still nursing, but I'm indulging in wine a lot more frequently...
2. What are your goals for this week?
I am really trying to cut out the boredom eating. DH works away for 10 days at a time so after the girls are in bed I find myself in the pantry snacking.

I found the running pouch/water holder that I've been wanting to buy on sale! Excited to start training once the snow melts a bit.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Pretty good- I've hit my dietbet goal, just have to officially weigh in tomorrow and see how much $ I won!
2. What are your goals for this week? -Get back into tracking what I'm eating. I have a Fitness HP but I stopped filling it out when I started feeling like crap 3w ago. -continue drinking >64oz water/day -work out at least 2x. Slowing easing back into this one!
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I'm just excited to actually be feeling well enough to exercise and eat something other than saltines!
4. GTKY: plain or flavored water? What flavor? Plain water with lots of ice. I haaaate La croix and am too lazy to "infuze" my regular water. I have a Yeti that I know I need to drink and refill 3x before I go home from work. The system works well for me:)
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I only really exercised twice which wasn't my goal. Tracking went well until Thursday and my period started. Then after getting tattoos my sister and I went out for crazy dessert. We figured it we're competing against each other in the weight loss thing that cheating together balances it out?
2. What are your goals for this week? Exercise 3 times and get the food stuff back on track.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Not much. My mom told me my face looked thinner this morning. Win!
4. GTKY: plain or flavored water? What flavor? I've swapped soda for sparkling water and have gone through a variety. At Costco I found Spindrift which is sparkling water with real fruit juice in them. They're 5% juice with no added sugar of them my favorite is raspberry lime or cucumber; they come with raspberry lime, lemon, cucumber, and lemon. I think the most calories in one is 12 per can? If my water is flavored it needs fizz.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?Great! I made it through all 28 days no dairy, gluten, sugar, processed foods, and only 2 pints of beer. AND I got in my Stent strength training this weekend, which was my push for this week.
2. What are your goals for this week? I ran my 10k yesterday in 1:04,I have another 10k Sunday, so I'd really like to see if I can drop a minute.
4. GTKY: plain or flavored water? What flavor? Both. I feel like Lacroix is hit or miss with flavors. Mango is my favorite, and I have a bunch of pomegranate in my fridge right now that have been waiting for me to finish the challenge. I dislike the coconut, which most people love. Most of the time I drink infused water - today I have lemons in my bottle, but I'll do berries, herbs, citrus, mango, pineapple, etc. I also drink a ton of plain, hot water.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I worked out Thur-Sun when H was home. I think I am going to try to watch what I am eating a little more in February, but I'm not sure I want to commit to a diet again.
2. What are your goals for this week? It would be nice to work out at least 3 workdays this week plus weekends. I have a feeling today may not happen because of H and DD being sick.

2. What are your goals for this week? This week id like to make it to the gym 3 time, knowing that 1 of those times will be in Florida when Im down there for my dads surgery. 3. Good! I am pumped I finished this month's 30 day challenge with my local friend's today, and made it to the first BBM check in/fit test with some girls on the parenting board! I missed Mom and tot yoga last week as I wasn't feeling great that morning and didn't want to push it. I also resisted every urge I had to just have one popcorn night on Friday. That will be my new treat day (instead of like..all the time)

Start February's 30 day challenge and keep up BBM. My last water bottle cracked a couple weeks ago and my new one came in late last week so getting back on the water train.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? It was a good first check in, pounds and inches.I am super pumped to see things are changing. The biggest visual difference was a photo of my back I had H take today compared to the 16th when we started BBM. Biggest thing is to just stay focused now, because I'm already the farthest into something organized I've tried since DS was born 3.5 years ago.

I almost started a BB program a few months back but I like the idea of the accoutability part being here in TCF, I feel more likely to keep up with it since Im already here anyway!

Search "Bikini Body Mommy" on YouTube for BBM! She is currently posting new videos daily for challenge 6.0 which is what most of us are doing together. Some ladies are behind, and I know at least one is checking in while doing the challenge 5.0 and is a couple weeks ahead of us. Some people double up days to catch up but we are 2 weeks in to 6.0 so whatever you'd be comfortable with, not everyone is checking in from the same day!

I haven't seen any confirmation about a Feb dietbet, but I hope they do it. Having $$ on the line was really motivating for me! I'm going to start BBM this week (tonight actually) and will probably check in on the parenting thread. I'll be doing 5.0 though because that's what I started before I didn't feel well. I second the others with "just jump right in"
jillywilly when I taught full time, I had no problems hitting 10k steps a day!
I'm just going to say lol to the past week. I'm depressed over various things, so I haven't exercised nor have I managed to avoid sweets (at least i haven't "overdone" it).

Thanks everyone! I checked out the youtube channel and the website on my break today, Im SOOOO excited to start, it seems like exactly what Ive been wanting.
12 hour shift today for the last day of open enrollment, been furiously completing peoples last minute applications all day. My brain is fried, and they gave us free pizza for working all night. I ate 5 pieces. I wont get home til close to 11 so yeeAa Im starting tomorrow!!!
