1 This weather has my sinuses all jacked up 2 I woke up thinking it was Thursday; imagine my disappointment 3 Why is it only Tuesday??? I need this week to hurry up so I can POAS 4 I've had a headache since yesterday afternoon, I was hoping it would go away while I was sleeping. No such luck. 5 I need a nap already 6 M was surprisingly in a good mood this morning 7 I wish I would have taken a picture of the new art papers on the wall in M's room at drop off. The children "drew" animals and then underneath there were lines where the teacher wrote down what the animal was and what the child taught said animla. M's picture basically had two squiggly lines for animals, but his teacher filled up the entire bottom half of the page with everything he said he had drawn/taught.

1. I'm hungry too. 2. E woke up this morning and got herself dressed (I bribed her with saying she could watch part of a show while I got O ready). 3. E made me a book about my work. It is really cute. She drew a flower monster on the inside. 4. I'm so tired. 5. How is it the end of Jan? 6. The news makes me so depressed and overwhelmed. 7. Why can't my basement tile itself?
1. One of my biggest wishes in life right now is to eat my breakfast without someone whining for a bite 2. I stayed up too late last night reading on GKU 3. The baby fever is strong 4. Luckily we slept in a little this morning 5. +1 to being overwhelmed at the news/ social media 6. I need to put my house back together today 7. I have no motivation to attempt this with a toddler following me around 8. I also need to grocery shop, but don't want to buy too much 9. Cannot wait to get settled into our new house. I feel so much in limbo right now 10. FFTC I love watching Dr Phil
2. chrispy1122 - I'm trying to consume less news because it is giving me so much anxiety.
3. I'm having a yogurt. The type that has the stuff in the corner that you flip into the yogurt. Anyway, I like these and have like one a day... but I hate Greek Yogurt so wouldn't eat it otherwise.
4. I've started to slowly clean and put my house back together. I'm avoiding the playroom like the plague. It's a hot mess in there.
5. I like to stay up to watch Seth Myers do A Closer Look. But it doesn't come on until between 12:30 & 1:00AM, and it's really messing with my sleep.
Oooh chobani Flips are my favorite sstwinklinglites! I have a coffee brownie one in the fridge I've been waiting to try. I think I'll go eat that now...

sstwinklinglites I don't care for greek yogurt either. I don't mind some of the Fage and Stonyfield varieties though, they seem less sour cream like in texture.

1. Today is a much better day with baby than yesterday. 2. Dang it's windy outside. 3. Debating going out to target. 4. I spend way too much money at target and amazon. 5. I'm should go and finally get my membership card at blue ash rec center. 6. They have stroller time on the indoor track a couple days a week and I really want to get out and do it. 7. I really want something good for lunch but don't know what. 8. Can't think of anything else right now.
I'm around but don't have time for 10 things. I went to drop the baby off in the baby room and DS ran off down the hall- leave a baby in the hall or leave the toddler? He was in the bucket seat so I couldn't run and drag him. Ug

1. I usually have today off but had to work. 2. We had my friend's nanny kids over this morning for a play date. There was way too much hair pulling (the kids, not the adults, lol). 3. We got a membership to the Y this weekend. 4. We dropped DD off at the child watch last night so we could walk the track. It was her first time in that kind of setting without us. She did fine until we had to walk by the window looking into child watch to get to the track. Then she cried. But they got her calmed down within 5 min. 5. I like that they have a camera to see into child watch in the cardio gym area so we could peek in and make sure she was ok. 6. I got us tickets to see beauty and the beast opening weekend for $8 this morning (for both tickets). Major score! 7. I'm starting to watch parenthood. I like it so far. 8. That's all I've got for now.
I'm glad you all were team leave the baby. Because that's what I did. And when I went into the infant room after dropping off the loose toddler, his teacher was like "I don't think you can leave him out there." I wanted to say "no shit lady!" Instead I was like- yea.....
mrscatfarmer13, your artwork story made me laugh. We have a page that is 100% covered in various colored crayon scribbles that Bub swears is a picture of me.
chrispy1122, sorry your basement is turning into so much work. How close are you to the finish line?
babylove518, which YMCA did you join? We've been talking about it, I just don't know if it'll be worth it while I'm KU.

Oh she can fuck right off with that. It's not like you saw a friend, dropped the car seat in the hall, and went to go chat for 10 min. Also dropping him inside a secure area is not the same as leaving a car seat outside the building or in the car. I know she didn't say that, but covering my basis because I'm irrationally enraged.

JoBub, we joined countryside in lebanon, but you can access any Y now with the membership. The pools were a big part in signing us up... We just stopped swim lessons, but she loves the water so we can just take her there to swim. They have like 5 indoor pools Then a couple outdoor pools. Also, we are starting her in gymastics and you get a discount on those kinds of classes if you are a member.

Yeah and you can't take the bucket seat into the infant classroom and you have to take your shoes off. So the toddler would have been in Hong Kong by the time I unbuckled the baby and unzipped my boots. And yes I even leave the baby in the bucket seat on the curb by the car while I put the toddler in his seat because I can't trust the toddler not to run into traffic while I open the babies door and put him in. The baby can't go anywhere! If I can't trust leaving my baby in the hallway of your daycare- I shouldn't be at your daycare.
Also, I know lots of people have two small children and they are probably way more capable than me to do so. But sometimes I just want to be like "this shit is hard, it's Tuesday, please have pity on me."

becole we've all been there and would've done the same thing. Just this past weekend I accidentally left E at the top of the escalator at liberty center because she didn't get on in time and got scared and I was already on and holding O's hand. I told her to wait at the top until I came back up (the up escalator is right next to the down escalator). She was never out of my sight but there was a super concerned lady that gave me serious side eyes. I don't know what she expected me to do--run up the down escalator with my 1.5 year old to get my 3 year old? Please.
Of course this also happened after I spilled two full glasses of water in front of Sbarro. I may have to avoid liberty center for awhile until they forget me.
Lol chrispy1122. I can totally see the escalator situation playing out. I also understand how that kid got into the gorilla enclosure. Leashes for all. The world needs to normalize leashes.
