Next question. There was talk about doing arms one day and then legs another vs doing both every day. I can set it up however, but it just dawned on me that if we alternate days we'll never have a true rest day. Thoughts?

I was stuck in BBM mode with one rest day per week. No wonder it didn't make sense
It should all work out technically though arm, leg, arm, rest, leg, arm, leg, rest, arm, leg, arm, rest, and so forth
Each three day stretch would either be two leg days and one arm day or the opposite. And just make it a 60 day challenge instead of 30 so we make it through all the days?
britta sounds good. And technically everyday would be a "rest day" since one day it's arms and the next day would be legs so we'd be resting our arms that day.
