Just wanted to pop in and say thank you to I think lovemyirishtwins for the Paleo butternut squash recipe and yelah250 for the honey lime taco recipes. They were soooo good!!!
I feel like it should be required/heavily encouraged to add links to all recipes
I haven't finished, but:
tomorrow- Honey Dijon chicken wings, fajitas, and queso (joint family thing, so it's a pot-luck) Monday- out with my parents Tuesday- salmon, garlic parmesan butternut squash and rice Wednesday- chicken cordon bleu and green beans
Sunday: WIngs ( pixiepink24, my New England chicken wings are better than your Falcon wings! but it's not a competition!) Monday: Thai Halibut in a coconut curry broth over spinach and jasmine rice Tuesday: Nothing but tacos but unlike wineandcake, no moose allowed Wednesday: chicken and dumplings Thursday: Sloppy Joes
Extra: making honey garlic chicken meatballs to freeze for the boys' lunches

Once a month I try a new recipe from food network. If I like it I add it to my recipe binder. I made it tonight- not super amazing but not terrible. It needs a little tweaking. I'd try it again but substitute mahi-mahi and add some ginger.
