Ohh, I've been dreading this post. I was terrible last week. I didn't have a goal for myself (other than keeping up my 30 day plank challenge) and I didn't do your goal at all. And I didn't eat well. Things have just been crazy gearing up for the move. So... anyway.
I did my planks 6/7 days last week. I went for a few walks while wearing P, including walking home from the park with both kids, while MH drove the car back home.
I don't know if I can remember all the steps to your stretch routine, but I do need to be stretching more. I'll try to make sure I stretch some each day.
I ate more veggies... Not a ton but more than usual and had a salad for lunch today, woohoo! That's my goal for next week- a salad for lunch 3 days/week. And I love the stretching goal!
I actually did good pretty good last week! I got a pedi, completing part 1 of the challenge, and i did the 'get moving' part 2 challenge 5x last week. I was able to meet my 3 servings of fruits and veggies for 5 out of the 7 days so that is progress. This week I hope to do as well or better w that. And of course the stretching 4x.

I'm with TJ. I was also dreading this post. It's great to have someone holding you accountable, until you don't do very well. R is in teething hell, I haven't felt well. And, I just didn't do very well last week. I know, excuses, excuses. I didn't eat well, and I didn't do the challenges. Sigh.
Well, this is a new week! DH and I started a modified low-carb diet yesterday. Modified meaning that we will still eat some complex carbs in moderation (sweet potatoes, brown rice). I need to get my butt in gear if there is any way that I am going to lose these last five pounds of baby weight. So, my goal for this week is to to stick to this diet every day. The guest week is always the hardest. Once I get past that, it's not too bad. I just have to get all if the sugar out of my system.
I did well with working out and eating, except for my niece and nephew's bday party that involved a lot of cake and ice cream. I've been making lots of green smoothies for DS1 and me lately. DS1 loves them, which makes me happy since he usually hates any green foods.
I didn't do anything I was supposed to except eat fruit and I drank 3 mexicolas today so I can see how the week is gonna go. Everything has gone to hell so tomorrow is a new day and I hope to be better.

I've had a difficult week physically. My nausea has finally kicked in at 11 weeks (totally thought this pregnancy was going to be nausea free...almost out of the first tri, so I figured I was out of the woods). But no. Anyway, I'm basically eating whatever I can keep down. I'm doing a good job drinking water though! I don't know what my focus is going to be for next week. It really depends on how I feel. I'm definitely going to try and do the stretches though.
Well I kept my goal of eating breakfast everyday. I think it'll be habit now. I got out of the habit cuz breakfast and pregnancy didn't mix well. I also did increase my level of activity. Which mostly involved walking around Costco, but it was something!
My goal for this week is try for at least 3 if not 4 food groups per meal. I tend to focus on only one or two food groups at either breakfast or lunch. Gotta work on that.

I want to join! I've noticed all my favorites aren't on TB anymore and I've been quite busy with Gabby. She is a little over 6 weeks now! I just started eating healthier like 3 days ago, haha, healthier...not healthy. Instead of eating 5 cookies, I am eating 1. I also started working out the other day. Finally feeling well enough that I want to try to tackle this baby weight.
Workout: I've just been doing my 20 minute Jillian Michael's workout DVD Eating: Been cutting back and trying to eat better, taking the moderation approach Also exclusively breastfeeding, so hoping that will help too!
Excited to join and hopefully this will help keep me on track
