DD also has really short naps 30-45min (occasionally the morning nap will go longer if all the stars are aligned). We usually do 3 naps cause often she will do a short snooze before dinner. Her first nap is usually between 9-10am and the second is usually around 1pm. I'm trying to slowly shift the times so we can officially get rid of the third nap, but most days she needs it.

Three naps: early early morning (practically a continuation of night) he has one or even two naps. Then one around 11 and one around 2. Tired again in the late evening, but usually soldier on through bedtime.
Most days it's 2 naps. He's up for the day between 6 and 6:30, naps around 9 for about 30 minutes, takes a 2nd nap around 12:30 and he'll sleep anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours. It all depends on how loud my other 2 kids are. If he only sleeps 40 minutes, he'll have to take a 3rd 30 minute nap around 3. Lately he's been good about sleeping a bit longer in the afternoon so he hasn't needed a 3rd nap. He then goes to bed between 6 and 6:30.

All over the place. Biggest trending naptimes are 9:30/10am and around 2. Usually one of these naps will be 1.5-2 hours, and the other about an hour. Toss up as to which will be longer. Sometimes they're both 2 hours! Sometimes he skips the morning (ughhhh) and passes the f out for the afternoon. I'd prefer a bit of reliability or predictability, but I do appreciate his ability to take a long nap.
Also, if I'm the one putting him down, he will not agree unless I nurse. Love you too buddy.
Today being a crap no nap.day aside, usually DD2 has two naps. Her morning one is usually 2 hours long and her afternoon one is more like an hour or so.
But my oldest dropped to one nap at 9 months. So all kids are different

For us naps got better when I started sleep training a bit. I never thought it was possible to put a kid down for a nap awake. This never ever worked for DS.
Her first nap is about two hours after she wakes up and she sleeps about two hours. Then she plays a bit, has lunch and about two to three hours after waking up from the first nap she then goes down for her second nap and she will sleep about two hours again.
Over here with Bells at the zero predictability table. Usually 2 naps. Sometimes 3 shorties. L loves her naps and will usually sleep for about an hour to hour and a half. G never sleeps more than 30. So it's annoying.
greysonsmom two.hours. I don't think LO has Ever had a two hour nap EVER. I'm jelly over here.
Before I started sleep training it was so I predictable, mostly thirty minutes. New territory for me. My son napped in the ergo age longer than he should have.
Two naps. Usually around ten or eleven, then around 2 or 3. He takes two to two and a half hour naps. The catch is we sleep with him. DH got him into the habit when they started being home together during the day. I'm usually exhausted on the weekends so I do it too. We just clear off the bed, give him a bottle, then curl up and fall asleep after he does. Who knows what horrible habits we are setting him up for, but I actually love it. He sleeps on his own at night so at least we know he can!
With all three kids we've done a 2 nap schedule...9 am and 2 pm. Mairin is still working on elongating her naps...ideally she will sleep 2 hrs in the morning and 1.5 hrs in the afternoon. It's hard to keep her consistent with activities that get in the way. She wakes up around 7:30...usually and goes to bed around 7.

I love taking naps with DD too... when we snuggle she will take her best naps.
