We've been trying to stay busy and healthy this winter but it's been tough! Seems like at least one of us is always sick and I cannot wait til the spring! Lus, major cabin fever!! We have finally settled on a preschool for DD in the fall. We visited a few places but absolutely loved this particular one. We really thought we'd bring her to the Y but I think it will be good for her to go to a different center and step out of her comfort zone that she has at the Y. The only downside is that their morning program is already full so we will try the afternoon program, not ideal but I'm hopeful it will work out. She hasn't been napping for awhile now (unless she's sick or trying to catch up on a late night). DS will be 1 on Thursday and I am all kinds of emotional about that and signing DD up for preschool. Why do they have to grow up so fast?! Mondays are a busy night for us, both kiddos have swim lessons back to back, which they both love! Anyways, I've been doing a lot of reminising and thinking about you guys, hope you are all doing well!
We've got the winter blues here. So ready to be able to get out of the house again! Planning on updating our kitchen in the spring, which I'm beyond excited for. Also, expecting baby#3 in October. Just found out yesterday, but we're excited. Looking into a new midwife and hospital this time around, which is weirdly stressful.
jnetx, I'm sorry your having to make tough decisions about work but glad the kids are doing well. Hooray for your littlest's health, I'm sure that is a huge relief!
Things are good with us. I'm ready for it to be spring and to be able to get out and walk more. Thankfully the girls are both making up games and staying busy inside (and loving frozen when they get bored!).
My H has a vasectomy consult this month, and I have multiple visits to specialists to get my lupus symptoms under control. I'm still happy for the diagnosis and my excellent health insurance through the hospital.
