Well crap. I am overachieving again. I did my BBM exercise early this am and looked up the arm workout that I thought was for today and did it too. So done for tomorrow lol!

Well shoot. I'm doing this right, aren't I? We agreed to every 4th day being a rest day, which isn't going to line up with the actual workout calendar, right? Do we want to do something different?
