Done + a long walk in the woods with the dog. Plan to do PiYo Lower Body later as well.

ETA: Target had a bunch of short and long sleeve tees on clearence today. I tried my pre-pregnancy sized and laughed. Tried the next size up and then about cried. Was not willing to try the NEXT size up, so I need to really start pushing myself.
