Running a million errands while I'm off work and the kid is at DC. It was the last day of the sale at Rec Outlet so I went and bought the playset. Dentist, post office, had lunch with H, now headed to the pediatrician to get vaccination paperwork filled out bc we're going to visit the new DC this afternoon.

A backyard play set is super nice. Especially if there are kids around. DS rarely goes in his by himself but as soon as the neighbors come out, he wants them to go on it.
I need suggestions for men's jeans. H has always liked Old Navy jeans but in the past month 2 different pairs (less than 6mo old) have ripped in the crotch. He sits at a desk all day so it's not like he's super hard on them. So what do your H's wear that hold up well?
My H will only wear Wranglers from Boot Country. He has one cut that he likes and wears. He does a lot of work in the yard at work and they hold up for a couple of years. When he does finally tear them it's from repeatedly getting caught on steel.

Here. Just got home from babes last eval. at preschool. Went to Target after that. Trying to figure out lunch now.
How was the evaluation? Does he start preschool in August?
Both of his evaluations went a lot better than I expected, so I don't expect him to get in based on speech. We meet again on March 10 to go over the results. If he doesn't get in based on speech he's still registered as a regular student, so unless there isn't sufficient space, he's hopefully in.
I've been so busy around the house. Most of our walls and shelves are bare. Planning on cleaning the windows inside and out this weekend since its supposed to be so nice out.
mominthemaking14 sorry you have to work all weekend! So not cool.

This is the picture from the catalog. We got a wood roof instead of the canopy, and yellow slide bc the guy said the green gets hot. The children in this photo are so obviously photoshopped in, and it's terrible. The poor kid in the rings is missing the top of his head.
Yay when do you get it? Kid party at JoBub backyard
FFFC: I scheduled it for mid-March even though we could have had it sooner because I don't want to have to go out and play with him in the cold. I really wanted to wait until April but mom guilt won over.
Hi! I don't have much to say. Still getting over my cold. I'm back to just one job though! Still a little transition stuff, but it's getting better. 😀
We went to visit the new daycare today. It went well. Bub went right in his new classroom and started playing. There were several other little boys who seemed really close to his age/size/developmental stage, which is awesome because lately at his current DC he seems to be much older or at least bigger than a lot of the kids in the room. They've always moved him up to the next room whenever they felt he was ready, but this is the first time that there's a firm age limit so he can't move up until he turns 3 and I think that has played a part in the behavior issues he's had lately. So anyway, I left him in the new room for about 15 minutes and he seemed to fit right in, which is such a relief.
And it will be so nice to not have to pack lunch every day. The only thing we need to bring is his blankie for naps on Mondays and take it home on Fridays.
I really can't imagine having to pack food for daycare. I am no where near that organized. I imagine it will be a nice change JoBub !
It really never bothered me until the last month or so when I started thinking about not having to do it anymore. Especially in the beginning when I wanted to have a lot of control over what he was eating when it came to solid foods. For the last year or more he's had PB&J almost every single day. So it only takes me about 5 minutes to pack, and not a lot of thought.
