QOTW: Yeah, I made cards for my husband and kids. I made dinner that everyone would like (pizza, in the shape of a heart), and creme brulee. I don't care much for Valentines day, but it is much more fun when your kids are enjoying it.

randomosity , I would have a big problem with a creation speaker in any context but a church. Just no.
@socialbutterfly , ugh, that's annoying. Good for you for standing up to her.
Encounters: Nothing negative. I posted separately about how weird I feel regarding my recent attendance at the Unitarian church. They're very accepting and probably wouldn't care that I'm an atheist, but they still use words like "God" and "worship" too much for my tastes. Not sure if this will be a lasting thing or not. The people are very nice, including the minister, but, I'm sorry, she also seems like an idiot. Her sermons are a lot of WTF are you talking about? The minister intern is much better and seems to do every third week or so.
QOTW: DH brought me flowers and I made his favorite cookies. That's about it. DD did nothing because I'm not a Pinterest parent and she has no idea it's Vday.
