yep. I never even knew people peeled them until I was at least in college. If I get an extra fuzzy one sometimes I'll rub a bit off, but I've always eaten the skin.

I cut them in half and scoop them with a spoon. Peeling them just seems weird but they're way to fuzzy to eat the peel.
I'm split on potatoes. I peel regular ones (brown ones? I'm not much of a cook, I'm not sure if these have a real name) but leave the skins on red potatoes.
Potatoes and carrots are both sometimes. Potatoes mostly I peel just for mashed. And carrots I peel except for something like stew or pot pie. Ewwwww to eating kiwi skin.

It never occurred to me, until last year or so, that I could wash carrots instead of peeling them. I have no idea why I always thought I had to peel them.

I didn't vote on potatoes because it really depends how I am cooking them. And I didn't vote on kiwi because kiwis are gross. Hubby doesn't peel his carrots and I don't know why it bothers me so much lol.

I half peel cucumber, I don't usually peel red potatoes but I do peel russets. I always peel carrots, never apples. I don't buy kiwi generally but I have no desire to eat the skin.

Russet potatoes are the "standard" brown potatoes with the thicker skin that tastes like dirt. Red and gold have thinner skin that don't really have a particular taste. :)

I like the selection and quality. Our local grocery store, the produce is... not very good. Some things (like a bag of onions or a bad of oranges) look great but when you get them home the bottom half is moldy or rotten. I know that's not necessarily their fault, they aren't the ones that package it, etc. but with Wegmans I feel like that never happens lol

I peel carrots, potatoes, and kiwi. I don't peel apples or cucumbers Actually though I only peel baking potatoes when I'm making them into mashed potatoes. Red potatoes or gold ones I don't.
