Favorite baby items (the non essentials)

Now that our babies are here I was just wondering if there were any items that you've gotten a lot of use out of or would otherwise recommend. Something besides the basics.

I just bought a bunch of the aden and anais burpy bibs because they are so awesome. They are large and absorbent and the way they are cut they stay put on your shoulder really well. Bonus that they will turn into a bib for her down the road.

I also love my clevamama towels that double as an apron to keep you dry during bath time.

I am loving the Aden + Anais blankets. I thought they were all hype before, but they're really nice! I'm glad I got a 4 pack. It's one of the only things I did buy before S was here.

I use my moby way more than I thought I would. It makes getting things done a whole lot easier.

We are using swaddle sacks that I'm in love with! I had bought one used before he was born and after leaving the hospital I went and bought 4 more!

Halo swaddle - the only one she can't break out of
Wipes Warmer - not a necessity, but really nice when it's -30
Nose Frieda - so much better than a regular snot sucker

My Boba wrap has made getting things done and getting out and about with baby so much more manageable! I think I will have to buy a Tula soon for walks and when he gets bigger/heavier.

Seriously. Our wrap is a lifesaver. I love it so much.

Wipes warmer, nobody likes a cold tushy.
Medela micro-steam bags for pump parts and bottles, 3 minutes in the microwave and everything is sterilized.
Boppy Newborn Lounger, perfect place for baby to hang out and so easy to move room to room.
Long sleeve onesies with sewn in fold over mittens and pants with feet, T was so small her mittens and socks would just fall off.

Definitely the Swaddle Me, our wrap/carrier (I forget the brand but I love it), and the Baby Einstein play mat. DD will play and coo for 20-60 minutes at a time on that thing. Makes momma happy!

The fleece sleep sacks have got to be the #1 thing for me! I can't deal with snaps for the Motn changes and LO doesn't like to stay swaddled.

We got a sleep sheep as well and just started using it. It really helps him relax! So nice
