My milk came in. I'm EFF. This SUCKS (or whatever the opposite is).
Blows?
That does sound miserable. If you have any cabbage, you can stuff the leaves in your bra, and drink peppermint tea.
ETA: Can your OB give you anything to help the process along? I remember my mom and aunt saying they took pills to dry them up, but obviously that was a long time ago. I don't know what current practice is.
Sudafed. The stuff you have to show ID for. Otherwise cabbage leaves and the tightest fitting bras you can find. Cold compresses. And avoid exposing your breasts to warm/hot water in the shower.
staz My bff had a baby recently and EFF. She used cabbage and had the doc write her a prescription for something to help dry it up. I think she was all dry in a week.

staz peppermint essential oil on your boobs, cabbage leaves (rolling them with a rolling pin or something helps extra), and eating sage all helped me dry up.

Breaking the veins in the cabbage makes them work better.
Has anyone used EPO vaginally? Am I literally supposed to just absorb this capsule or does it come back out🤔
I have. I would put it in right before bed with a panty liner because it melts and a decent amount comes back out in a liquid form. Try to put it up by your cervix if possible. I didn't take it vaginally this pregnancy only orally, because I didn't want to deal with the mess. But I do think it helps regardless of oral or vaginal. Good luck!!

I always loved ice packs when I was trying to dry my milk up. And Motrin. I'd walk around work with them stuffed in my bra.
