1. What song (or songs) would definitely be on the soundtrack of your life and why? (Bonus points if you post a link to the song) It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday. Loss has been a large part of my life, this song reminds me that it is hard, but that you have to move on for a better tomorrow. youtu.be/VastXQ_hPb0
2. How do you cure the hiccups? Drink from the opposite side of the cup (tip your head forward-you chin will be on the inside of the cup) *I hiccup about 3 times, every time that I eat when I am full, since I had bariatric surgery. I used to have them for what felt like hours, I prefer what I have now.
3. What's one rule you try to live by? Be kind and honest, even when the world is cruel.

Oooh- tough one! I had to do some scrolling through itunes, but without too much over thinking I'll go with Dancing Queen by Abba! I just love to dance! I'm horrible at it, but it makes me feel so good to just turn up the tunes and dance! www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFrGuyw1V8s
2. How do you cure the hiccups?
Hold my breath, it rarely works, but I try it every time!
3. What's one rule you try to live by?
I try to stay in the moment. I'm a worrier, so I try to remind myself not to worry about the past and don't worry about the future- just be now!
1. What song (or songs) would definitely be on the soundtrack of your life and why? (Bonus points if you post a link to the song) I don't know the answer to this. But I do find myself often making up songs about my daily life as if I were in a musical.
2. How do you cure the hiccups? Hold my breath while pushing in on my stomach with my fist and pushing out from the inside (like I'm try to push my hand away).
3. What's one rule you try to live by Give other people the benefit of the doubt.
****loss and living child discussed***** We're queer. I'm 34, have severe stage 4 endo, and both fallopian tubes are gone. My love ("Manada" 33) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tav.in and Ca.sey at 21 weeks gestation.
1. I have no idea. I think it depends. Most of what I would consider the soundtrack of my life is 90s music because that's when I was growing up. But there's nothing that seems obvious to me as the answer to this question. I'll think about it though.
2. I have not ever found anything that really works. I usually hold my breath with my lungs emptied. That works as well as anything. I once had a friend who could squeeze your shoulders in the right place to make the hiccups stop. I never mastered finding the place, though. I wish I had.
3. Be honest, brave and kind. I certainly don't always live up to it but I try.
