W was chill at his appt today too even when the shots took for fucking ever (one nurse giving 3 shots). He cried a bit but was fine. I brought a couple books and he was fine.

A had her first gymnastics class today! She's so tiny 😄😄😄 the other kids were all at least 2 years old and have clearly been going for awhile. They are so skilled! Hopefully A will get there one day. It took her a while to warm up but I could tell she had a good time.
She's still congested but she isn't as miserable as yesterday, thank god.
we had a blind that he has his people make the girls he sleeps with sign an NDA that says they're okay with him peeing on them. So we call him Peeber in that thread. Lmao
I actually try not to learn anything about artists I really like because it ruins them for me if they suck. Soo... Your welcome?
Well w's appts for Audiology and speech evals are made. Fx they'll be able to give us some things to do that will help him progress and keep it. Part of the worry is he'll do something once and then never repeat it so he's not progressing.
Can someone explain the "blinds" thread? Is this random things about celebrities that most people don't know
There's a guy named enty and he posts gossip throughout the year (usually without a celebrity name attached) . Some people think it's true some don't but it's fun to talk about stupid things. On special days like new years day he reveals a bunch of the posts and people spiral if they're true or not. He reveals throughout the year too just does a bunch on certain days.
taketheshot, i have to admit i fell in love with a few of his songs before i knew they were his songs. i was giving my sisters a hard time one night about their infatuation with the biebs and they were like what are you talking about? you sing his songs all the time and busta a move.....lol (insert foot here).
but i do not like him. just some of his music. let's be clear on this...
and he's a bigger douche in my head now after reading that spoiler. stupid ass. i mean, have you seen his interviews? he really is dumb as a box of rocks.

Still have mega catching up to do, but here goes!
@poppykisses, re: the big move -- wowee!!! You totally got this. After a few more details have been pinned down, the stress should hopefully melt away. FX all goes really smoothly.
abominationsnowman, Glad your ultrasound went well! Must be surreal. Hope you get a break from the kid-stress.
taketheshot, The gym class sounds adorable. Hopefully A is on an upward trend mood-wise.
I'm side-eyeing all the Bieber fans, FYI. I recently watched Zoolander 2, and the only redeeming moment in that movie was Bieber's death right at the start. I could watch that on repeat. He is the biggest twatwaffle.

Just about two weeks on from moving. The piranhas are still a little all over the place, but mostly when we have "strangers" over. They are very used to me and only me, and when they wake up from a nap and find my mum here, they are both a wreck. It's not like they don't like her, because they actually say goodbye and hug her before she leaves. They're just so easily startled. I'll be glad when that's a thing of the past.
Perks of living in civilization: my mum can drop in after work on her way home, which is awesome. I am devouring the internet and Netflix and gaming and that makes me so happy. I am making regular plans with friends again, which I haven't been able to do since the piranhas were born/we left England. And I seriously love our new place.
Cons of living in civilization: I learned to drive in a small town, and I am terrified driving here, need more practice with an experienced driver in the car before I can happily go out on my own. Which means I have to go food shopping with DH, and we have limited time for that. And everything is HELLA busy. I sent him to Ikea on the weekend to return 2 recalled dressers and pick up 1 replacement. It took him 5 hours, and the drive there and back was only 1hr of that. There are so many people!! I can't believe how used to small-town living I got after only a year.

skinandbones, back in the day, I definitely spent some early mornings closing out bars. But these days, cannot hang. (And don't really want to either.)
I now need that WowWater thing that taketheshot posted.
Also, layloo08, after seeing your post about the backpack, I suggested to MH that we get one for Poppy, and he immediately went out and got her a super cute bumblebee one. Poppy LOVES it. She wanted to put it on the second she saw it and did not want to take it off.
Glad the move and unpacking are going well elvenqueen!
Blinds overwhelm me. I always try to read when a new thread is started, and then within two days there are too many posts to go through. Also, for a long time I never looked at the blinds thread at all because I legit thought it was about window treatments.
elvenqueen, i thought i made it perfectly clear that i was not a beibs fan...
th3stryck3r, regarding the blinds - i look for cher's picture and skim over the rest. lol. because i don't have time to read 100 pages of gossip...just give me the blind...
elvenqueen, i also think you need to get some good music and take a car ride by yourself. no kids, no husband, just you. Go for like an hour drive listening to some of your favorite tunes - to me that sounds like a perfect way to practice your driving skills...
at least that is how i did it when i moved to the virgin islands and had to relearn how to drive on the other side of the road...i was so intimidated but had to figure it out.

This is a really good idea. Things have just been so manic that I haven't seen an hour that I'd get to myself. But I'll make time this weekend.
M was taking a second nap when I picked him up from my dad's. He doesn't have a fever, so I'm hoping its jyst teeth or a growth spurt. My dad said he was acting off today. Fx it was just random.
