Thanks everyone. I've decided I have to be optimistic in order to get through the next few days. Maybe it's naive, but I also remember them having a hard time finding DD at my first appointment due to a tilted uterus. Although, with DD they were able to measure her correctly even from early on. I guess I'm just hoping against all odds that baby was hiding in the tilted corner of my ute. I appreciate all the good thoughts and prayers more than you know.
So I got my second blood draw done yesterday and I'm assuming I should get results today. Part of me wants to call and check with the office, but I'm so nervous that it will be bad news that I almost don't want to know. Ugh. Fingers crossed!!!!!

I'm crossing everything that your numbers double beautifully! What was your first number?
Rama I'm not sure. My OB said something to the tune of the first number doesn't matter as much and knowing it without the second number may just drive me crazy. I mean on one hand I could have checked to see if it was in range, on the other hand, if it wasn't perfectly in range, I would have driven myself crazy. So I was ok not knowing. I am going to make sure to ask for both numbers when she calls.
Also, question, that I will also ask my OB later. So assuming all is well, I would have been 7+4 at the first draw and 7+6 at the second. Should numbers still be doubling in 48 hours at that point? I thought it slowed down around now to like a 96 hour (I think?) doubling time, rather than 48 hour. Is that right?

Beta hCG levels usually double about every 2 days for the first four weeks of pregnancy. As pregnancy progresses the doubling time becomes longer. By 6 to 7 weeks beta hCG levels may take as long as 3 1/2 days to double.

It depends mostly on the numbers. But assuming they doubled appropriately, even by now they'd typically double every 3-4 days.
The news was not good. My OB said she isn't comfortable saying for sure that we miscarried until the ultrasound on Tuesday, but the numbers went (roughly) from 30,000 to 26,000. I think between the first US and the blood work it's pretty definite at this point that Tuesday will not be a happy appointment. I'm heartbroken.
Oh smores I am so incredibly sorry for your loss and so sorry that this week doesn't have a better outcome. There are no words to make this better. So many long distance hugs.
