I've been so tired I haven't done much meal planning. Everything I eat besides rice, pasta and marinara sauce snd sweet potatoes H won't eat. I haven't had the energy for making two separate meals lately.

No meals planed for this week but I was really good last week so I'll share that. Monday: shake and bake pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Tuesday: crockpot picadillo, rice and black beans, and griddled Cuban bread Wednesday& Thursday: leftovers Friday: papa John's pizza Saturday: BBQ potato and pork chop crockpot meal, green beans, and rolls.
I know this week I'm doing pancakes with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon. And either one pot burrito bowls or Korean ground beef and rice.
I always said I would never feed my kids a separate meal than us but she still doesn't eat meat so most nights I'm making an extra veg and some sort of quesadilla or sandwich. It also doesn't help that mh eats dinner at 5 on work nights and I usually eat after she goes to bed so I'm making her dinner separately anyway. ETA I remembered wrong, we did tacos/ nachos on Tuesday and picadillo Wednesday.

This is Dream dinners: dreamdinners.com/main.php I used to go there to make my meals but recently I've paid the extra to have them make for me, they are freezer meals. Some are easy, just pop in the oven, others take a little prep. I've never had chicken mirabella but found this recipe: www.food.com/recipe/chicken-mirabella-182460 Also I'm trying out schwans this week. Their food is pretty reasonably priced and my parents sent me some when baby was born to stock our freezer. I thought most of the stuff was pretty tasty maybe not the healthiest options but super easy esp when evenings get hectic with work. If you google a coupon code they usually have a deal for first time customers.
I love olives and am intrigued by this chicken mirabella recipe vlagroupie. It looks like the recipe calls for canned prunes? Dumb question: are they with the regular canned fruit?

I've never tried the recipe...I just posted a recipe since meggannaww was asking what is was. I'm making the dream dinners version of this, it's already assembled, I'll report back tho. Not sure about canned prunes I would assume with the other canned fruits but never looked.
I think tonight we're having this chicken burgers. Beyond that, who knows. I should get better at meal planning...
I'm really good at meal planning. I'm not very good at follow through, though. Tonight, for example, we ate at my parents. Tacos, so at least it was on my list to eat. We also had a different chicken dish for dinner last night. I don't know why I bother planning meals.
