I'm struggling with healthy ideas this week. Plus I can run to the store without kids so it's killing my motivation!
Monday: Swiss chicken w/rice and salad Tuesday: leftovers w/maple carrots Wednesday: ham and cheese roll ups (uses up leftover Swiss) Thursday & Friday: make mh cook since I have no clue?
I'll share mine from last week since I haven't done mine yet.
Sriracha Chicken with noodles Beef and broccoli with rice Pasta & meatballs Chicken cacciatore
Then when I had to cook all the meat because the freezer went out lol I made chili, more meatballs, grilled chicken, and steak quesedillas. This will tide us over til tomorrow.

Can you link the sriracha chicken recipe? MH loves sriracha.
Here's what I've got planned. I'll have to eat small portions since I'm not really sure how ww friendly most of this is. Monday: Chciken and Shrimp Carbonara Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas Wednesday: Broccoli Quiche Thursday: Pesto Chicken Stuffed French Bread Friday: Pizza Night

Sun - deli platters following baptism. Mon - Salads and leftover takeout from the weekend (eggplant parmesan for me!) Tue - leftover pot roast Wed - Hello Fresh Thai pork stir fry Thu - HF Apricot chicken Fri - HF Steak tagliata Sat - no clue. We're having friends over and one's a vegetarian. Suggestions?
Is HF worth it? The idea of it is incredibly appealing but I don't know if I can convince Dh to spend the money for it.
Not really worth it. Full price, it's $10 per plate. We've had about 12 meals, and at least 10 of them could've been made from ingredients in my kitchen.
