So tomorrow will be 2 weeks on the plan. I've never done WW before, only tracked things on my fitness pal which I hated doing and never found successful.
So far I'm down 2lb! I have 18lb left til my goal weight which is pre first pregnancy.
I am struggling to fit in exercise. Once the weather is nicer I'll be able to walk more. Yesterday I started the 30 day yoga with adriene series on youtube. Even if I get in 20 minutes I'm considering it a win at this point.
As far as points I'm doing better than I thought. I'm finding my trigger time is around 4 when I get hungry for dinner and just end up snacking.
Do you guys use your weekly points? I usually use mine for wine or an occasional dessert or just when I go over a day.
I started on Tuesday, I am down 2lbs. I am getting a little tired of fruit and salads though, lol. I think I am going to save my weekly points for a weekly splurge, like tonight we're making pizza..Not a WW recipe. Struggling with excercise this week with bad weather and a sick toddler

I'm down 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm finding exercise almost impossible with two kids and a husband who works past their bedtime.
My goal is to go to the gym on Saturday am and Monday afternoon (My mom agreed to watch them so I can take a class). I've been walking the mall one morning a week, but trying to make it 2. That would get me 4 workouts a week and I'd be thrilled.
I, too, start to get super hungry around 4pm. Also, on days I'm really tired, I can feel myself craving more food and crap. Hoping that gets better as she sleeps more...whenever that will be.
I use my weekly points for beer and wine and a splurge meal or two on the weekends. I'm really trying to make this my new "life style" post pregnancy so, I've found this helps me stick to it best and I'm still losing.
I've got about 6-7 lbs to get me to pre pregnancy weight. However, I've got a lot of tightening and muscle to build to hopefully get back to my old self and fit into my pants!! (Hence why I want to get at least 4 workouts in).

Oh and today I'm exhausted and feeling the few beers I had last night. DH gave a bottle and I got a little buzzed. And now I just want to eat French fries and ice cream and nap. Hahaha, like that is going to happen anytime in the next 20 years. A girl can dream though...
Ok, so I can't eat dairy becuse DD can't tolerate it and I'm nursing. Anyone have any good recipe suggestions? I'm getting sick of my usually stuff.
I don't have anything specific but I had the same thing with DD1, I remember doing a lot of meat/veggie/rice for dinner. Try looking at paleo/whole 30 recipes.
Ugh, I cheated on my points today. Whenever I'm tired I just crave junk food and more calories. I feel the need to confess this somewhere!
It's ok! Just put it behind you and move on. Don't use it as an excuse to wallow and go for more junk 😜
Ha, that's exactly what I was going to do. "Oh I've already cheated...just eat some candy too." But, I did just have some fruit...so I'm making better choices.
