How far along are you? 5+2 today

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically I'm doing ok. Yesterday I was dry heaving like crazy. Today that's gone and replaced by cravings and swollen boobs. Everything is pretty one and off right now. Emotionally I'm having a hard time. I was this exact number of days and weeks pregnant when I had the most awful ER experience I could have imaged. I just need to get through this week and then I'll start looking forward to my ultrasound. But really, I've felt like a train wreck the last two days and suspect my whole week will feel as such at this rate.

Appointments and/or milestones? Loss milestone. No appointments at this point until 4/10, which is forever away.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? There are moments when I'm so excited to be pregnant again and then there are moments where I'm completely detached. I just want to feel comfortable and content and happy to be here again.

How far along are you? 7w2d

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Eh. Spotting seems to be back to slightly brown tinted CM again. I guess that's probably a good thing. I'm also experiencing lots of nausea, especially in the morning, and that's new for me in terms of pregnancy. I'm just not doing so hot emotionally. I can't convince myself that this will be our rainbow.

Appointments and/or milestones? 7w was the milestone for my last loss, so I've passed 3/4 of my loss milestones. Now I just gotta get beyond 10w. I have bloodwork on thurs to check progesterone and estrogen. No OB appt yet because I haven't called.

Doing pretty good so far. The evenings after dd is asleep is where I worry the most, just need to keep believing everything is ok

I'm sorry about your son buttercup. Hopefully it clears up. I also hope you can start to enjoy your pregnancy before your anatomy scan. Hugs.

bethkate, will they give you additional first tri scans if you ask? I had an 8, 10, and 11+ week scan with DD.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Pretty well. I'm trying to enjoy this week, my debilitating nausea tends to set in right at 6w so I am nervous about that. So I am trying to get a good amount of exercise and eat lots of healthy things while I am feeling good. Emotionally, pretty good. I told DH that for my own sanity, I just have to go about this like I expect everything to go well and be very optimistic about it all. I don't think he understood at first, but he is getting it.

Appointments and/or milestones? My first appt is 4/10. My first loss was a CP at 5w, so I am already past that(just barely). For my 2nd, growth stopped at 7w6d. My first appt will be after that milestone so that is good. My DH didn't go with me to the appt when I found out last time but he will be going with me on 4/10.

How far along are you? 4+3 but I'm not sure if FF got my ovulation date right.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? I'm doing good. Symptoms don't usually begin until 6 weeks for me. Just some slight heartburn and light cramps.

Appointments and/or milestones? 4/14 1st OB appt.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? My mmc was at 19weeks so right now I'm doing ok. I'm reminding myself that today I am pregnant and trying to stay positive. I'm sure the anxiety will hit me hard once I'm further along.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically I'm ok, a bit of a headache today and some exhaustion. Emotionally I don't know what to feel.

Appointments and/or milestones? Positive second betas already put me further than my last 2 transfers. First u/s on Friday.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? I'm with both of you too cnf2013 bethkate. Patiently waiting for Friday, as much as I want to know what's going on in there I also wish they waited to do a later u/s when there would be a heartbeat.

How far along are you? 6w5d (or 6w6d, depending on which app I look at)

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically I feel better today than I have for a few days - which of course is scaring me. Emotionally - I'm really really scared that I'm going to lose this baby - I'm trying to stay positive and think good thoughts but I'm really stressed about it.

Appointments and/or milestones? I have my first appointment on Thursday - hopefully that will make me feel a bit better.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? My biggest vent right now is just my stress and concern.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? I am completely excited and at the same time paranoid that I will have a miscarriage or twins again. I have been taking pg tests every morning just to make sure that the lines keeps getting darker. I don't have a history of miscarriage, but I don't think I could handle losing this child as well.

Appointments and/or milestones? I have my first appt tomorrow. we will confirm with blood work and ultrasound.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? I will ALWAYS take prayers. I am excited/anxious about tomorrow. Thankfully it is early in the morning so I won't have too much time to stress over it in the next 24hrs.

cnf2013 , yeah, if I called my RE to ask, they'd probably do another one. I need to call my OB tomorrow to set up my first appointment, and I plan to insist on at least one more early u/s before the NT scan. With my loss history, I need to be monitored more than the average patient, and I plan to make that clear at my first appointment.

esgrunner , I'm glad your H will be going with you to your appointment. Mine didn't come with me for my first loss either, but now he comes to every u/s. GL!
fknhostile , Hugs to you. I second tri loss like that must have been beyond devastating. I hope things continue to go well for you to help to keep your anxiety at bay.
laurensc927 , Ugh. A super early u/s is good in terms of making sure the pregnancy is in your ute, but really not for much else. I wish they had waited longer for you too. Will you go back next week for a second u/s?

I was so happy today that my OB was more than willing to schedule another u/s for me for next week. I'll be 8w5d, so FX things are still looking good. Then, I'll be 9w6d at my next OB appointment when we should try the doppler. With my 10w loss, the baby stopped growing at around 9 weeks, so if we hear the heartbeat at that appointment in two weeks, I'll be beyond my last milestone. So close, yet so far away!

Impromptu doctors appointment this morning because I woke up to some bright red blood and cramping. I have an SCH, the RE isn't concerned, baby measured 5w5d (I'm 5w6d) but there was a heartbeat which I wasn't expecting. Hopefully everything is on track Monday when I go back in.

I have my second ultrasound tomorrow, and I'm freaking out. I've had three bouts of spotting (all brown, mostly light) that have lasted for 2-3 days each with a week or so of no spotting in between. The latest spotting started Monday afternoon and is still going on today. I'm super nervous for bad news tomorrow.

Try to stay to positive. Spotting doesn't necessarily mean anything. I know it's easier said than done, but deep breath. 

What time is your appointment? I'll  be thinking of you tomorrow.

cnf2013, thanks. My appointment is at 2:50. Luckily, my students keep me pretty distracted, so I probably won't have much time to worry about it tomorrow until I'm on my way there. Then I'll start to panic, I'm sure.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically I am feeling fine, just a bit tired. It actually worries me because I was having a lot more symptoms last week and the week before and now I feel so much better. I worry that is a bad sign, but I am trying to not go down that rabbit hole.

Appointments and/or milestones? I have my first midwife appointment on Friday.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? I am so excited, but at the same time I keep having these doubts that something has happened and I don't know it yet. I have to talk myself down when I start getting really anxious. I just wish I knew everything was fine.

Will you get an ultrasound or Doppler at the midwife apt flazz? Hoping you do and get reassurance that your symptoms disappearing are nothing to worry about.

flazz all pregnancies are different, but I will say that in all my past pregnancies I would be really sick from about 6-8 weeks then have a break til about 10 weeks where it would get bad again until around 14 weeks. So you may just be getting a nice break. I know it's tough not to read into it though. Just giving you my experience. Hang in there.
