Hi ladies! I've been lurking for two weeks now, and since I'm still pregnant I thought I'd into.

I'm kariann, 34 years old. I got my first ever BFP two weeks ago, after almost 4 years of trying. We did 3 IUIs over the last few years but nothing stuck. This was not only a surprise, but I found out the day before we left for our European vacation! So I managed to wait and tell MH in Iceland. He was shocked to say the least. I'm 6w4d according to my LMP and my due date is Nov 10. My first OB appt is 3/31 and ultrasound on 4/4. I've had some spotting the last few days, so I hope it's nothing. My doc didn't seem worried so I'm trying not to either.

Good to be here and I look forward to getting to know you ladies more!

Congrats! I had a friend who found out she was pregnant right before going to Italy. It does seem kind of fun to have a BFP honeymoon like that. haha

FX the spotting is no big deal.

Welcome!

I found out I was pregnant the morning we were leaving on a trip to Colombia. I think I said something silly like "want to go to Colombia with a pregnant lady?" to tell DH. That's awesome you waited and told your DH on the trip!

I think we're most likely going to Iceland this summer, I might ask you a bunch of questions later.
