1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I made it! Injury free! Last night my friend texted to ask if I'd run with her, and since she's much slower than I am, I think that really helped me out. But it was a very cool race, and I'm glad I did it.
2. What are your goals for this week? up my water intake. It's abysmal lately.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite vegetable? jicima. I love the crunch and the fact you can throw it in anything, it's so unassuming.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
The same! I ended up with some wicked stomach thing the same day AF came and it knocked me out for a couple days, but I was able to catch up in both challenge groups soon after feeling better.
2. What are your goals for this week?
Again, keep up with both groups, which will include finishing the March challenge with my local group, and our 2nd last fit test/measurement check of BBM 6.0 on Friday.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?
It sucked being sick, and I really realized how much I look forward to my routine now. Another plus to being a part of two daily check ins, it gave me a lot of initiative to work around my sickness and catch up on the days.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite vegetable?
For snacking, lately I'm loving celery with hummus. For meals, lately asparagus has been our big thing.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I didn't have time to exercise as much as I wanted to but that was expected.
2. What are your goals for this week? Working out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday maybe Friday since the weekend I will be pretty busy with my friend visiting.

4. GTKY: What is your favorite vegetable? Asparagus is one of my faves. Also love sugar snap peas.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Ha ha ha. I knew last week was going to be bad though. We were on vacation, and I ate too much and drank too much. I'm paying for it now feeling super bloated and gross, but I guess that's motivation to get back on track this week.
2. What are your goals for this week? The weather is supposed to be relatively nice, so at least one walk per day, and getting back to eating better. I'm supposed to start estrogen tomorrow, and I'll start injections on Thursday if everything looks good on our testing, so with starting that, weight loss is officially no longer a goal, and I'm just trying to do my best to hopefully sustain a healthy pregnancy!
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I'm really hoping that the meds for our FET don't bloat me/cause as much weight gain as the original IVF meds.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite vegetable? I like salads, so I guess lettuce? I just like how you can get so many different flavors by changing toppings/dressing. I've been craving Greek salads especially lately. I think a nice big one with some grilled chicken is going to be lunch today.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Fairly well. My weight has plateaued and I'm getting frustrated. I went back and looked at my logs and realized I haven't been drinking as much water. Hopefully getting back on track with that will help significantly.
2. What are your goals for this week? 3 workouts, stay on track with food, drink more water, mostly be awesome.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? The scale did wiggle down to a new number this morning by 1/10th of a pound so yay for new number! H watched me get frustrated with squats on Thursday and ordered me fancy squat shoes so I'm excited to try them; FX they work.
4. GTKY: What is your favorite vegetable? Bell peppers because you can put them in almost anything.
