khopec - I missed your post about heart problems. I'm so sorry and hope all will be well.
toadandbuggie - I don't know anything about the fluid levels, but I hope it's just a minor fluctuation and that there is nothing to be overly worried about.
Sending both of you hugs. Please keep us posted, and know that I'm thinking of you. ❤❤
I had a monthly appointment yesterday which was the fastest ever. Everything still looks good, A/S looks great, Baby is still crazy and wont stop moving (great sign), got req. for GTT test. Must do sometime in next few weeks. Also note for massage for my insurance yay
I had my appointment yesterday. I'm not super thrilled. So I had the 1 hour glucose test at 24 weeks. The office called and told me that I passed (133. 140 is a fail). Yesterday's appt was the first one since I had the 1 hour, and my doctor tells me that my number was on the high end of normal and that I could still develop GD so she wants me to go on the diet anyway. Excuse me? I PASSED. I feel like she just pulled the rug out from under me. Because she took it "early" so I still might develop it. Which sounds like a load of bull. Dr Google tells me that the 1 hr test is usually given between 24 - 28 weeks. If a pass is a pass, then it shouldn't matter when I took the damn thing so long as I took it during the window. And I did. #INTERNETYELLING

The doctor called me again after I left a message saying I was concerned...he basically quelled my fears. Told me to remember the numbers are within the normal range (although higher than "average"), and there is no reason to believe they would not be the next time I have a growth ultrasound. So for now, no worries!
Had my follow up scan and they were able to see all the heart structures that were missing from the last screen. My fears have been put to rest. Unfortunately I have a very uncooperative baby who hid his face the whole time so no new pictures.
Monthly appointment went well. He said she was a little higher than he'd expect, but since it's not my first it happens.
I also gained 7lbs this month and I'm officially up over my starting weight :/ It was the only appointment where I kept my shoes on and it was right after lunch, but I knew I had gained weight. He was fine with it, but I'm upset with myself. Time to start cracking down on my food and exercise.
