What's everyone up to this fine day? I did a new workout yesterday so new muscles are sore this morning. I'm pretty happy I arranged to have Mom watch the boys so I could get my hair colored this morning. It'll be nice to sit for a few hours.

It's cold and rainy here this week, but at least we didn't get the snow they were forecasting. Work is quiet since my boss is travelling. Basically, I'll be pretending to work for the next few days. Due to the weather, DH has requested broken wonton soup for dinner. I need to start a batch of yogurt, and I think we're going to Trader Joe's since I gave Ladybug the last of her treats last night.
It's Wednesday-means soup supper at church and then church service. While that means I don't have to cook-it is crazy due to the daycare the kids are at-the kids and I eat at the end of the dinner time but before church starts while H was already there eating and getting us food. Then by the time we get home it is almost time to get ready for bed.
And we are supposed to get rain/snow mix-I was enjoying the high 50/low 60's weather from yesterday with the sun shining!

I accidentally slept in until noon. Oops? That's what happens when H crawls into bed with me... I really actually need to get up and get myself something to eat, but the dog is now laying on my lap giving me a pathetic look, so, guess I'll just starve or something, since all of the snacks I had tucked away in my desk are gone. I guess replenishing those will be on the list soon lol

Ayyyy. Spending lunch eyeing travel deals. H revamped our budget to pay off a lot of debt faster (thanks college!), and we agreed on taking a trip when we pay off one loan as something to look forward to. He's probably thinking more like Toronto because that's not so far away...
... I'm eyeing Groupons to go to China lol. The deals are crazy though! For $720 a person from our airport, you have airfare, hotels, and breakfast and all your in-country transport. And then there's 10% off trips too. I might be nuts, but the thought of walking on the Great Wall sounds so so so cool.

We appear to be travel twins! DH and I wanted to do a bigger, international trip before GKU but stupid Zika postponed our trip to Guatemala to visit my former roommate and her husband . Instead, we're planning a Seattle/Vancouver trip this summer, which will still be fun, but not as much fun as Guatemala would have been.

Do it! I've been to the Great Wall and it was amazing. (It's more like climbing the Great Wall ) I will say that most of the food we had in China was pretty awful though.

Ahhhh! I'm glad it's not underwhelming or something like that. Bummer about food

Ohhh bummer about that. Seattle is amazing, I've never been to Vancouver but have only heard great things also! I hope it makes up for having to cancel the other trip.
I went to C.u.ba for work last month and was nervous about zika, used 100% deet nasty bug spray and didn't get bitten so that was a relief. Not that I particularly expect to be KU on my own ever, lol.

My hair is finally done and it looks AMAZING!!! But I ended up sitting too long and now all my sore muscles are tight. I'm going to have to go to the gym tonight and walk it off.
Everyone talking about working out may just guilt me into doing a home work out while DD naps. I really need to get back into the routine.
You should! Not in a rude way but working out helps me sleep way better and wake up feeling more refreshed. Yes I sound like an add, I know.
I definitely failed. H came home for lunch, right before DD's nap, and we ended up watching GoT. But keep the work out inspiration coming! Tomorrow's a super busy day and I won't get home until late, but Friday I am 100% getting in a work out. I've decided.

I kinda just made homemade pudding. I'm not even sure why, since I'm not even a huge fan of pudding. Anyways, it's in the fridge setting up. Hopefully it turns out since I kinda fudged up the recipe *fingers crossed*

I didn't make it to the gym tonight after dinner either. I need to go tomorrow but I've got a million errands. I hope I make it.
