Pizza Hummus plates with roasted veg and lavash Marinated tofu with baked potatoes and salad Lentil sloppy joes Baked beans with broccoli and roasted potatoes Chickpea coconut curry with rice
Sunday- whatever my parents make me Monday- we're travelling so some type of fast food most likely Tuesday - some type of fish with potatoes and broccoli Wednesday- slow cooker chicken with rice, brussel sprouts, and carrots Thursday- stir fry Friday- pizza Saturday- pork roast with some type of side Sunday- steak, blue cheese potatoes, and salad.
I hate cooking. I wish so.eone would just come and cook for me. Meal planning is the absolute worst.

sharebear05 they don't taste like the real thing at all, but the Minimalist Baker black bean brownies are ok.... They definitely taste healthy though. I think they are gf (I don't remember if you're gf)
Tonight- steak and asparagus quesadillas (leftovers from last night's steaks on the grill) Monday - mushroom ravioli and salad Tuesday - chicken pot pie and salad Wednesday- rotisserie chicken, baked potatoes, salad Thursday- frozen pizza or frozen stuffed peppers Friday - order something
You can see I really run out of steam at the end of the week!

sharebear05 I make these black beans my kids love. You dice some red onion and sauté that in a pan with fresh garlic and a little olive oil. When it is fragrant add the black beans in the liquid. Heat until ready to serve. The recipe calls for you to top the beans with more raw red onion and some mozzarella cheese. My kids do not like the fresh red onion but they love the mozzarella on top. I love red onion.
