It is 5am and I had to pee and now I can't get back to sleep. DD has preach this morning and since I ran a 12k yesterday my legs are too tired to do any kind of working out I'm going to go get my 1st tri bloodwork done and then hang out at Starbucks until it's time to go pick her up.

I posted about some bad weather in the 3/27 randoms thread. They are now starting to announce early dismissals for local schools. If you need me, I'll be refreshing my email to see if we've received any news regarding our campus.

At work early so I can leave early for my appointment! My doctors office is about an hour away from where I live. There are closer doctors but I love her so I am willing to drive.

I feel like you've been waiting for this appointment forever!

I did not watch the finale of Big Little Lies last night and I'm nervous about using the internet today. I finally got into the book I've been trying to read for the last month and just went with it.
All my BLL peeps, no spoilers today! I hope it was good and they were able to wrap up everything without it seeming rushed.
2 day work week this week! Just ready to power through these 2 days to get to the good stuff later this week - ultrasound Wednesday and trip through the weekend.

caitost21 those escrow refunds always seem to come at a good time don't they? My last one showed up as we were gathering our funds to pay for this cycle, and the last one when I was on maternity leave last time and they fucked up and didn't pay me on time.
Currently at my desk doing NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGG. This is my last week of work before bed rest takes place and I am already on rest mode. R was sick all weekend and we stayed pretty laid up all weekend. Hes feeling better but still has the runny nose. I hate when hes sick

I've declared this week sweat pant week. (Or if you prefer, yoga pant week). I just can't handle regular pants or jeans this week and yet I'm not ready to dive into maternity wear yet. Shit I've only told 2 people at work and haven't told family yet.

I got excited about getting the Harmony test done and just realized I am only 9 weeks and so yeah will have to wait. Hubby will recommend I drive over in a week or two I bet. Just for blood work.
I'm so sick of feeling sick ALL the damn time! I dont remember it being this bad with DD. I'm nauseated 24/7 and plagued with constant headaches, indigestion and now gas. I want to curl up and nap forever. I do remember the nausea lasting until week 15 or so last time, so fun times ahead :/ Sorry I just had to complain.
This is exactly what I wanted to hear! There is a question I want to ask you but I'm going to wait. Once we have all watched it we can discuss in a separate thread so it's safe for everyone to enter at the right time.
Update: It IS a good day. Sales had their biggest quarter ever, so as a thanks, the VP came down and gave all of product development visa gift cards.
As a Sales Director, this post made me happy. Great work and I like your VP. Sales can only succeed consistently if everyone else is doing a good job too. I am all about everyone getting special compensation when good things happen, not just sales. It motivates everyone, everyone is happy, does better work, feels accountable, and then sales sells more again, repeat cycle.

15 weeks today! Ahh! DH told his mom yesterday (she'll tell the rest of his fam bc he doesn't care about doing that), and I was all up in my feels about it. I lost my parents when I was in my 20s, and it just sucks so hard not being able to share stuff like this. My last pregnancy was super bittersweet for that reason, but I wasnt expecting it to be so hard this time around. I managed to ugly cry myself a hedache last night, so guess I was wrong.

I saw this note and thought to myself "I don't want to watch it, but I want to know." The internet is so amazing.

That has to be so tough. We're here for you.
Well said. I'm sorry seventythree, life events like this must bring up a lot of mixed emotions.

I'm so sorry. Some things never get easier. Bug hugs ❤️

Catching up on here, at home, and at work after a whirlwind weekend away! Highlights for DS included:
- cousin's first birthday party - dinner at a restaurant where a toy train delivers your meals - bath time in my sister's giant jetted tub - staying up super late two nights in a row - climbing on every boat at the big Bass Pro store - private tour of the airplane hanger where BIL works, including 3 small jets, 2 of which feature secret hidden potties(!), after which he got to raid the in-flight snack storage.
Highlights for me:
- I told my sisters I'm KU - I didn't puke all weekend - DS slept all the way home - DS slept through the night last night, in his own bed, alone, for the first time in weeks
