So I needed this today.

How far along are you? 6w 5d (measured 6w 3d)

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically I feel fine, boobs are a little sore, I'm a little more tired. Emotionally still not believing this is real.

Appointments and/or milestones? I had another u/s this morning, H came with and we heard the heartbeat. I made my first ob apt for 4/14, RE said I should "graduate" next Wednesday.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? This whole measuring behind thing is messing with my head. I asked the RE this morning when I needed to worry and he said a day or two is normal. I trust him so I'm trying to not go down the rabbit hole that is google.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically- awful. Nausea, headache, body aches, exhaustion.
Emotionally- I just want to cry. I feel helpless.

Appointments and/or milestones? My 1st scan is this Friday. I'm so nervous.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? I'm sort of expecting something to go wrong, even though I have no reason to believe something is wrong. It's like I'm hitting a roadblock emotionally and I can't be excited anymore. I'm completely detached. If that makes sense.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically - I'm battling exhaustion and nausea and I'm not too excited over that. I really wish that I could take the day off but I'm pretty swamped here at work. Emotionally, I'm starting to feel better but I'm still really nervous.

Appointments and/or milestones? Nothing until April 20

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? No thoughts or prayers needed right now - just trudging along day by day and waiting very impatiently for first tri to be over.

fknhostile good luck Friday! I know that feeling, I spoke with my counselor 2 weeks ago and she just kept saying why do you think something bad is going to happen. I hope you start to feel better soon.

peggels24 the 20th seems so far away! I hope the time flies by!

It is so hard not to go down the rabbit hole! Hang in there and try not to let yourself go crazy.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Doing ok. I am not as anxious as I have been, but I still really wish I could get more regular updates about how everything is going inside.

Appointments and/or milestones? Next appointment is April 28th with the midwives and May 1st with the MFM to do first trimester screening.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? Nothing specific right now!

laurensc927 I meet with my therapist tomorrow. She doesn't know I'm pregnant yet. I've been seeing her biweekly since my loss and she's been a tremendous help so far. That sounds like something she'd ask.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically: Still having waves of nausea and sore boobs, but I'm also still spotting. Emotionally: a mess

Appointments and/or milestones? I have an u/s on Wednesday and appt with the OB on Friday. Saturday is my last loss milestone (10 weeks), but I'm not expecting to make it beyond that milestone, honestly.

Venting space/need for thoughts and prayer? I've had brown spotting on and off for most of this pregnancy, but it would last 2-3 days and stop for a week or more.This time, it's been consistent for the last week. Every time it seems to be stopping, it just gets heavier again. It's now starting to seem very similar to my 10w loss, so I called my OB and that's why I'm going in for another u/s this week even though I just had one last Thursday. I'm not expecting good news.

Thanks. I'm spiraling, for sure. I cried when a coworker who knows I'm pregnant asked how things are going, and I cried the whole way home from work. I think I've already basically convinced myself that I'm miscarrying, and I'm just so sad and angry and frustrated to be here again.

Really, I should probably get offline and spend the night on the couch with gelato and netflix.

How are you doing? Physically fine, which freaks me out since my loss pregnancy had zero symptoms other than exhaustion. I keep reminding myself it's still very early for any symptoms. But if I'm not feeling something by Friday, I'm going to start freaking out for sure. So...yeah, emotionally, well, not super great but not horrible. It's back and forth.

Appointments - first appointment in 2 weeks. Feels like forever. The first appointment is the big milestone for us.

Venting space -- just wanted to say thanks to you ladies for being here and being supportive. There are so many great, strong women here and I'm just happy to be among you. It really helps.

How are you doing physically and emotionally? Physically, I've been dry heaving since last night, almost constantly. I feel so sick. I think I'm dying. Emotionally, I'm feeling better given how sick I feel. I'm hesitant to take my morning sickness meds even because I'm scared to not feel symptoms.

Oh bethkate I'm so sorry. Any chance it could be an SCH like I had, it was definitely scary red bleeding like CD1. I hope you get answers later, what time do you go?

I doubt it. I've already had two u/s so it probably would've been seen.

Thanks, everyone. Ultrasound was good. Baby measured 9w6d (I'm 9+4) with a heart rate of 183 (up from 166 last week). I'm still not confident things will continue to go well, but it's not over yet.

That is great news!  Did they have any suggestion about the bleeding?  Continuing my good thoughts and prayers
