My Monday mishap: DD had a fever last night so I've been up since 4. Instead of having both kids at daycare, DD's home with DH today. I was all geared up for a double dropoff and had made DH promise to come in with me. Now I'll likely have to tackle the first time double dropoff when DH is unavailable at work. Boo to that.
Good luck with your first day back ellabee I hope your dd feels better. Enjoy the museum thelittleredm
I left dd with my mom and had a nice one on one morning with ds. We got some breakfastsnd hit up Circle Time. Now everyone is outside and my mom and I are getting some gardening done. It's slightly difficult with a baby strapped to you but it's kind of working.

ellabee that is really awesome that you have a dedicated lactation room and they are giving you cookies! This is one thing I am worrying about, I know they will allow me to pump and that it won't be a restroom, but I have no idea where I will be pumping at work.

E had a rough late night for H but slept until 10 for me. I think she may be teething I don't know she keeps trying to get her hands in her mouth and is extra fussy. No idea. I have a dentist appointment later on this afternoon I hate the dentist so so much.

Speaking of Monday mishaps, while my son has learned the art of sleeping for longer chunks of time (he took a nap from 11 to 2:30) my boobs have not caught the memo. Poor guy pretty much got waterboarded after his nap, it was pretty comical. Just think of a super soaker and you have a pretty good idea of what happened.
Day 1 back to work is in the books. B had an alright day at daycare. He legit slept for them for a combined total of 1 hr across 3 naps and had 4 4.5oz bottles, but they said he had an okay day. He was happy and playing with a toy when I came to pick him up.
Downer: DD has a 103 degree fever. Mega downer: DH is out of town tonight.
B went down 45 mins before his usual bedtime because he was exhausted and DD passed out in my bed after a dose of Motrin and 20 minutes of Sarah & Duck on my iPad. I foresee a sleepless night in my future...

This is us whenever B gives me a decent stretch at night (rare).

I feel like I can't keep up around here lately. DD takes naps in 10-20 min increments and just gets crankier as the day goes on. And, DS is just being a 2 year old. It leaves me no time to mess around on my phone!
Praying naps get better soon!
Good luck to everyone going back to work this week. I hope everyone adjusts quickly!
ellabee how was the night? Hope day #2 is good! MissDemeanor that is an amazing stretch. I've been feeling lucky with 7 hours over here (but he goes down at 730)
I feel like you can really tell the babes are more awake during the day with the pace of the board, I know I've had less opportunity to respond. Back to work in 2.5 weeks! I really need to stop dwelling on the countdown
