RRCS: I expect/hoping to O in the next 2-3 days. (Increased CM, typical O cramping, etc) I am dreading the TWW but ready to O and be done with allll the "planned" sex alllll the time. haha


GTKY: What's the best vacation/trip you have ever had? Where did you go? What did you do that made it the best? Have you been back?
Oh man. We went to St. John for 11 days and it was the most incredible vacation ever. My H proposed, we did nothing but RELAX, and it was beautiful. We went with family and rented a house which was the best way to do it but EXPENSIVE. IDK when H and I will ever get back but I am hoping one day!

RRCS: my shift was right and staying high, so I'm glad about that.

Probably our honeymoon to Thailand. It was the perfect balance of relaxing, adventure, romance and culture. It was wonderful!

RRCS: FF is teasing me with talk of an implantation dip but I don't think it was that. Our timing sucked this month. I had no idea I ovulate "late" until we temped this cycle.

Disney World/Universal is the best trip I've ever been on but it's not a vacation in my mind. More of an activity. The best vacation I've been on was a beach trip we took the fall after DS2 was born. We rented a house and packed all the food/items we needed and stayed there for four days. Just lazy days on the beach, night strolls, books and wine. It was amazing. I love every minute.

RRCS: I've got my usual pre-af backache right on schedule so I'm guessing that I'm out. I'm getting tired of how long this is taking and trying to decide how much longer I want to keep trying. I think I need an end date or it just stretches on forever.

GTKY: What's the best vacation/trip you have ever had? Where did you go? What did you do that made it the best? Have you been back? Costa Rica was my favorite trip. I have not been back and would love to take my kids when they are older. I hope they like to travel as much as I do!

RRCS: I had CM 2x and my temps were all wonky b/c of travel, alcohol, late nights, different temp times, etc. Then yesterday, based on my temps, FF gave me the crosshairs(but I had no CM which is unusual). So, if that is true we only DTD -3, low chances for us this month.

GTKY: What's the best vacation/trip you have ever had? Where did you go? What did you do that made it the best? Have you been back? A last minute trip with MH to Sandals Royal Bahamian for a week when our son was a little older than 2 YO. (He stayed with my parents) We needed the time to reconnect, we met 3 awesome couples that we still talk to (and plan on going on more vacations with down the road), ate food and just relaxed. We haven't been back, but definitely hope to one day.

RRCS: Last cycle was super wonky, so I don't even quite know when O was. I ordered some OPKs for this round.

GTKY: We went to San Pedro, Belize for our honeymoon on Ambergris Caye. It was truly amazing and definitely the best place we've been. The snorkeling is unreal, and swimming around sea turtles by the coral reef was one of my all time favorite experiences. I highly recommend Belize!

We've talked about it in the past, but I love Belize. It was #2 for me!!

runner17 our timing sucked too. I started temping this month but we only BD EOD during what would be a "normal" fertile week. Instead I O late and our timing was -3 and +1. So low chances for us too. It sucks.

RRCS:. I just got my first period after a antiovulatory cycle. Hopefully I ovulate this cycle. I am trying not to stress about not ovulating, but it is constantly on my mind.
I want to start temping, but my kids are CONSTANTLY getting in my bed and waking me up, so I am not sure how we it will work.



GTKY: What's the best vacation/trip you have ever had? Where did you go? What did you do that made it the best? Have you been back?

Walt Disney World. DH and I had so much fun, plus the food was great. We haven't been back, we want to take the kids, but DD had anxiety and I think it would be too stressful for her now.

I'm hoping you all will let me jump back in....I've been a stalker/lurker on N15 for the past year and hope that now that we're TFAS I will actually keep up with posting this time around.

RRCS: I forgot how stressful the TWW is!!We weren't even going to start trying until next month, but DH gave the go ahead randomly last week. It just happened to be when I got a + OPK, so I guess anything is possible. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but it's hard not to.

I would say New Zealand. I worked on cruise ships for years so it wasn't a "vacation" but it was still amazing. I would gonna like in a heartbeat if it was so far away.

RRCS: Trying so hard not to turn in to a crazy symptom spotter during the TWW. And I can't decide if I want to be pessimistic or optimistic about this cycle. My best guess is our timing was -3,-1 and O. There's definitely a chance. But I don't want to get my hopes up. Planning on testing in a week. 😬

We regularly go to St Simons Island with my family and I love it. But I don't know that there is a vacation that I'd say is my favorite. DH and I need to go somewhere awesome.

Right now the best trip was St. Thomas for my honeymoon. The only bad thing was DH got sick so we couldn't do scuba diving. It was still nice to relax on the beach after the stress of planning a wedding though. I'm guessing that my favorite trip will change next month. We're going to Edinburgh, London, and Paris for our 10 year anniversary.

GTKY: I loved our short weekend trip to Salem,MA! We have been a good amount of places but this was an easy and fun weekend trip. We had lunch in a vault room unexpectedly at lunch! Hope to be back in about 5 years or more!

RRCS: Just ready to O and check that off. Should be in a couple days. I'm finally feeling mostly better so my temps look normal now.

Probably Australia. We went right before I got pregnant with DD and we went diving on the Great Barrier Reef and hiked in the rainforest and it was just amazing. I'd love to go back.

RRCS: I guess my PP cycles are still wonky as hell. I plan to temp this month along with opk and hopefully things will regulate!

GTKY: Jamaica! We loved the Secrets resort and the island was gorgeous. I want to go back!

RRCS: My husband got some kind of food poisoning/sickness on O day. Hoping the rest of our efforts were enough. I was embarassingly close to sleeping with someone who might have thrown up on me. It wasn't my finest hour.

GTKY: Our trips to the San Juan Islands off of the coast. They are special to us because of romantic memories we've made there and they are close (I don't like airplanes). Seeing Orcas together and boatin'.

Probably the 6 weeks I spent in Europe for my 21st birthday! I went with my BFF and her family, we spent a few weeks all over Italy, then took a cruise that hit more of Italy, then France, Monaco, Spain, and Tunisia, and then we spent another few weeks in Greece in this tiny little village where my friend's mom grew up. It was amazing. I had already been to Italy once before that trip, then H and I went back for while I was pregnant with DS. Italy will always have a place in my heart, H and I hope to buy property there one day.

scoutradley , that beach vacation sounds like exactly what I need right now.

@auri , so jealous! We were hoping for a UK trip this year but it looks like H's work is going to make that difficult.

RRCS: i had a headache all day today and I was one of those that make you feel nauseous. I am trying not to read to much into it. I even took a nap when MC did and I never do that. I would love to have another dec babe.



GTKY: What's the best vacation/trip you have ever had? Where did you go? What did you do that made it the best? Have you been back? Italy, for 3 weeks before babe. The hubs is Italian (born and raised) so we traveled to and frow (sp?) all around Italy. It was amazing.

You know it's not been a great night when you go to take your temp at 5:30 (way before you need to wake up) only to remember vaguely that you were awake at some point earlier in the night and took your temp but have no idea what time that was at. Yawn.

As you might tell from my username I was a dancer I actually met my husband on my very first contract! We have been together ever since. It was lots of fun and we had the chance to see so many amazing places....but in the long run it's still a job and we were ready to settle down.

RRCS: I'm also loving reading all of your travel experiences! It's got me fantasizing about being pretty much anywhere other than the northeast in mud season.

GTKY: This is a hard one to choose, but the answer is probably a 2 week backpacking trip in Glacier National Park 3 years ago. We were totally off-grid and unplugged the whole time, hiked over 200 miles, and slept in a tent under the stars. My DH proposed to me out there, on the pebbled shore of a mountain lake 15 miles from the trailhead.
