Easter brunch - what's on the menu?

I'm hosting Easter brunch this year for my family, and keep thinking I'll come up with a great menu... and I'm not. So far all I've got is a bananas foster french toast casserole I'll prep the night before, and likely some bacon/sausage. And since we never opened our champagne from New Year's, I'll also be making mimosas. Past that, I'm out.  I need the lunch part of the brunch - I would do a ham, but MIL will more than likely have one at her house for dinner later in the day. Please share your wisdom!

I'm hosting Easter too, but ours is more of a late lunch because of church. I'm making ham, rolls, scalloped potatoes, couscous salad with basil vinaigrette, fresh fruit salad with a honey, lime and mint syrup, roasted carrots, and some type of salad.
One sister is brining some type of fluff/ambrosia , another sister is bringing desserts and my brother is bringing deviled eggs. I'm trying to decide if I want to make a drink or if I should just have wine. H works on Easter, so with 15 people coming over I may skip a drink recipe and save myself the hassle.

Kristykristyleelee, share pleeeease. My MIL is hosting brunch and I'm supposed to bring a casserole thing for...14 people. Then I'm hosting early dinner that night.

Not much help in the brunch front but we finally decided on our menu last night. Ours is a 1pm type deal so we'll have steaks on the grill, double baked potatoes, bacon green beans, rolls, corn casserole, and mini cheesecakes for dessert. I have to remember to go grocery shopping tomorrow!

...am I the only one who had to look up what locatelli was? Probably. I was hoping some extra Love while baking would make up for it if I couldn't figure it out;) Thanks for sharing Kristykristyleelee

I could have just said pecorino romano but I wanted it to keep its authentic italian feel.

I dig it. I wanna know exactly how grandma makes it!

This Easter Pie is so special to me. As a kid, it was always my most favorite part of Easter. My Grammy would make one for every family a couple of weeks before Easter and freeze it. Then, every single Easter morning, this was our breakfast before heading to church. So many warm memories. I am the only grandchild that asked her to show me how to make this. She was so so so so happy to pass this tradition down. She cried! Anyways, this year I invited her to MY house to help ME make them. Not sure if we will be able to coordinate this, but just wanted to emphasize that Love truly was always her most important ingredient and I hope to be able to pass that down as well.

I'm not crying either. Thank you for sharing. My Italian ILs are going to think I'm even more awesome.

I do need them for Easter breakfast which I'm guessing will be around 8am. If freezing, what's the protocol? Put in everything then freeze? Bake then freeze? Do I need to thaw it prior to baking it?

We usually just do waffles for breakfast and the do turkey as a super early supper...like three in the afternoon early so I'm not much help.

We're hosting Easter again this year. It's more low key and we eat around 2:30/3.
Ham sandwiches (hot ham) pasta salad, my mom makes these "heart attack" potatoes, deviled eggs, hot veggie of some sort (MIL is making), fruit salad, veggie tray, brownies. No idea what else. There's usually about 15 of us (including kids) but not sure if either of my brothers will have their girls with.
