We were supposed to leave mid morning to travel to MH family. It's the first time since my SIL babies are home. Their brother is also in town with his 3 kids from out of the country and we were supposed to all be together (we don't get to see him too often - last time was August 2015- so everyone was super excited to have all the cousins together.
Ben has had a littlecough but not too bad
This morning Sam got super whiney and then threw up. It was almost nothing since it was before breakfast
Immediately afterwards he was fine, ate breakfast, high energy, etc.

GM everyone. B had a sudden fever set on last night. Like literally she came home from gymnastics and about 20 min later, I noticed she was drifting and could barely keep her eyes open. By the time I was getting her into her jammies, she was burning up - 101. MH and I were already preparing to have one of us stay home. This morning she got up and was totally fine. No fever whatsoever and was her usual self. Glad whatever that was seems to be gone.
Yes - they were born on Christmas 10 weeks early. She is super breezy about it but I feel like it's not a good idea.
The 3 of them are just so pumped about the whole family being together they don't want to ruin it
I agree with mwhipple and wait a bit and see how everyone is. The throwing up literally could've been a one-off and not and indication that he is sick. And you can keep Ben away from the babies.
Colin woke up at 1 to pee and apparently Chase woke up crying for all of 2 minutes around 5:45, so not a bad night. Then Colin came out to pee when I got back from my run and his pull-up was dry (3rd time out of the last 4 mornings!!) and then he pooped on his own while I was showering. Which means everyone had a good morning at the JoeLies house.
Now I just need to get through all my meetings, the weekend is almost here!

Morning. It's supposed to be super nice today. MIL is coming to pick up H later this morning. After nap I think we will finally try and go to the zoo, I've been trying to go all week and haven't made it there yet.
Sitting at work. i'll need to leave a little early today to do a quick Target run for a birthday present for one of Cadence's little friends....and possibly a new outfit for her to wear to the party. She said she wants to wear a spiderman shirt to it.
My Mom posted some ugly bags/purses on her fb page yesterday saying how pretty they were. I thought they were ugly, but I went ahead and ordered her one for her birthday next month.
73jewels, make sure if you do go, you take some plastic bags in the car just in case he gets sick again. It could have been a one time thing though, any nasal drainage, or just too much stomach acid first thing in the morning can cause it.
Well - he just threw up again. A lot. And this is our first time dealing with it so it was everywhere. We just cleaned everything up and we are not going. Mh is deciding if he's going to go on his own.
Does anyone have a good exercise list for diastasis recti? I'm starting to think this is a contributor to my belly and I've been doing all the wrong things.

I had looked at a blog a long time ago but I can't remember for sure what it was. I would just search on YouTube, I'm sure you can find some good options there. I know you're supposed to avoid crunches/sit ups.
I just caught up on yesterday's thread. I was the first to get to work and the last to leave. That includes my bosses. Then what do I get via text this morning. "You need to leave on time today, no OT." Um okay, didn't want to stay yesterday but someone had to stay in the office during our posted hours especially since we had appointments scheduled.
I feel like I would have been talked to even more if I left on time.
That's annoying. Maybe in the future text your boss like 15 minutes before you leave to let him know what is left to be done, including appointments, and ask him what he wants you to do. They really should have someone come in to cover if someone calls out sick, that's not fair to you or anyone else.
trtlcrzy, @peachsmama thanks! the BBM did have a few exercises. I googled for some yesterday as well. Mine is very moderate, obviously or I would have noticed it sooner. I mentioned it to mh a couple weeks back because I told him I thought I had a hernia above my bellybutton.

I did no answer. 😞
Did he have an answer for that this morning. I know they don't want you to get overtime but they need to have a plan in place for when this happens, as it seems like it does a lot.
