My vent is that I am supposed to be going to Switzerland for a work trip in a few weeks. I was going to take on a few extra days and have H meet me in Paris. I just found out that the schedule of work while I'm out there is that they crammed it all into one day. a FRIDAY. Long weekend in paris is not an option now. and, I may be traveling over 25hours for an 8 hour workday. grrrrr.

It's a thing! If they poop on you it is really good luck. So I imagine pooping on your house would give you lots of good.

We got our power back!!! Apparently it wasn't as bad here as other neighborhoods.

All of those flashes are transformers blowing up. My best friend had a tree catch on fire in her backyard from it! We were pretty lucky because we're literally 2 houses down from a fire station, so we got our power back on after 10 hours, but most people were 30+, and up the coast, my in laws were without power for a week and a half, and longer than that to get their phone lines back!
