We went to Lowe's bright and early to get sand for the sand box. It was a 1st birthday present for ds but I didn't think he was ready for sand last year(read: I didn't want to deal with the mess) so we used it as a pool. He has spent a significant amount of time in it and helping me garden today. Lots of yard work and garden prep has been done inbetween holding the grumpy dd.
Cilantro lime chicken is in the crockpot for chicken tacos tonight. I'm trying not to eat the guacamole now.
+1 Confession: sometimes I start freaking out about milestones, like so many babies starting to roll or when everyone was getting longer stretches of sleep before me, then I remember I'm a caboose and a month behind many of the babies. It's hard to remember because ds is an early May baby.

We are thinking about not swaddling anymore. She is so close to rolling over and she moves way too much. Oh and now she likes screeching sometimes she is annoyed and sometimes it's because she is happy. Go figure.
So our neighbors have twins girls who were born right when Anne.liese should have been born. They were outside playing a little while ago and it feels like a kick in the gut when I see them.

DS was earlier in the month but he rolled a little later than others in our BMB (4.5 months). N is right in the middle of the month but is starting to hold her legs up when on her back and swing them around. I have a hunch she'll roll earlier.
Sorry about the gut punch peaseblossom55. That must be so hard.

I'm having the opposite experience this time too. DD was a caboose baby and I remember both likening and disliking the fact that she was nearly a month "behind" the rest of the bmb. I liked that I got a heads up for what was coming, but disliked feeling behind.

Haven't really had a chance to read, my husband surprised me and we went out of town early to visit friends before going to family for Easter. I will probably be mostly lurking this week but I will be keeping you ladies in my thoughts.
