We had oatmeal here. DD was upset that she had to eat regular oatmeal since we are out of animal oatmeal.

Out already. I have a bad case of vertigo. Doc ordered me to take a couple of days to rest because I'm likely to make it worse moving around like I have to for my work.

how was your trip??? Did you love Escape from Gringotts?

It was awesome!! Diagon alley was super cool too. I just wish there weren't so many people so I could actually see stuff lol. Two days definitely wasn't enough!

it does get crowded mid day. Right at opening and closing isn't too bad. Opening is definitely best. But we always go in Nov so crowds in general are less. I'm so glad y'all had fun!

There's no way I could ever convince MH to get up early for an amusement park, lol. We got there on Monday and it wasn't crowded at all but we didn't do the Harry Potter stuff because we bought express passes for that day. I figured Tuesday would be the same, or slower, but I was wrong. In hindsight we should've done the HP stuff on Monday and used the express passes on Tuesday but oh well. It was still fun!

This has been a supremely lazy weekend. I did visit one of my friends and her new baby yesterday but otherwise have been doing a whole lot of nothing. I do need to snap out of it and grocery shop/meal prep though. Also Moana has been on repeat here lol. I love it.

Sorry, that is what DD calls it. It's the Quaker Oats Animal Safari oatmeal. Has some candy eggs that turn into animals when you put the hot water in.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I'm currently watching netflix with the dog curled up on my lap and trying to figure out what to eat. My plan so far involves boiling pasta. I haven't gotten beyond that because I have no sauce in the house lol

lol, thanks for the idea, but I'm not even sure when the last time is that we had mayo in the house! I'll probably just dig through my fridge/cupboards and come up with something. I don't think I'm quite up to making my homemade cheese sauce, but I might just give it a try

I made it through church and lunch with friends but my cramps are so awful. I'm ready to be home, curled up in bed with a heating pad.

Also I now need to move to a city where grocery stores deliver.

I took some Advil, pepto, and slapped on a heating pad and I feel much better, but it's definitely put a wedge in all my productive plans for the day :/
