We took DD to our city's Easter egg hunt today. It was the first time in 3 years that it wasn't cold or snowing. The funny part is that I live in the south where it's never really cold.

Well, I have had an interesting morning... both of my coworkers are cranky, which is making my residents cranky. And just as we were supposed to start breakfast, one of my residents decided to have a shower, slipped, and conked her head, so I ended up having to call the paramedics. She was okay, but I swear it isn't a normal weekend here without drama of some sort or other.
Also, Beauty and the Beast is awesome and I might go see it again on cheap night XD
So FS woke up with a fever of 100.1 temp and coughing but had appt for followup from Wednesday anyway...he has a double ear infection. However, while there with bio mom we made sure to get added as contacts and scanned in the paperwork. Also got bio mom on board with testing FD for tomato allergy. Bio mon thinks it may be GERD or acid reflex but get her tested to get to the bottom of this.
Kids grandma has moved up from Georgia just this week and I think is going to have a positive influence on everyone just from I've gathered since Thursday. Had pizza but with white sauce, making kids use manners, and picking up/putting things away. I met her today and that is what I got.
I mean it's still early so being cautiously optimistic but I felt like some of my stress and worry has been lifted.

mflowers929, I loved Beauty and the Beast! I saw it twice...and am considering going to the drive in to see it a third time if there's another movie that I want to see.
How do you make pigs in a blanket? The neighbor kids are over and we were making pigs in a blanket for lunch and apparently they use hot dogs and biscuits! Ew. Is this regional? I've only ever used lil smokies and crescent rolls.

Crescent rolls for sure. Lil smokies works better than hot dogs

Ohhh, I wish the drive in here was open, but I think we have another month at the inside Omg though, the comment on Romeo and Juliet, and the twink in the dress had my girlfriend and I laughed so hard we almost fell out of our seats

I pretty much loved every scene with Josh Gad, especially the fighting scene.
I've only used lil smokies and crescent rolls. I could maybe see using hotdogs if you didn't have the smokies, but I wouldn't use biscuits. That just seems very difficult to use.
I have to wash a pan so I can make dinner, but I really don't know if I can stand that long. Ugh. I really should have done it yesterday. Oops. Maybe I'll just bake the burgers. Would that be weird?
DH and i went to go see the musucal Once today, and it was amazing! All of the actors played their own instruments, sang and danced. The theatre had a special drink of irish lemonade, and i bought the ingredients to make it at home afterwards.

How do you make Irish lemonade?? I'm intrigued!
I LOVED that movie, so I bet the musical was amazing!

Worth a try! I hate when a dish, or a sink full of them, stands in the way of making dinner.

Finally got to see Beauty and the Beast. I really loved Belle and "Beast's" interactions. Plus we had dinner at my favorite restaurant. But AF showed up in the middle of the movie. So many cramps and no pain reliever.
