1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
Kept up with both workouts again. Nothing could fulfill my hunger this weekend but we were also at my ILs for Easter so whatever. My snacking and portions were more out of hand than usual but we were visiting. We had above seasonal weather for a couple days week and spent some glorious time outside and lots of walking.
2. What are your goals for this week?
Once again, keep up with both challenges. Weather has dropped back to the chilly side of seasonal but if it's not raining or snowing I'll try to get us out for walks most days.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? The final day of BBM 6.0 is this coming Saturday! I can't believe I'm in the final week of a 3 month program! Which means I'll be looking for something to replace it. I might just do another one of her challenges though!
4. GTKY: What is your preferred sneaker brand?
Truthfully, I workout barefoot in the basement. But funny timing for you to ask this. I had a gift card for a sporting goods store from Christmas that I hadn't used yet and since I really enjoy taking the kids out for walks and spending so much time outside, now that the snow has dried up I bought myself a new pair of walking shoes. They are Sketchers and feel so amazing, I wish I had treated myself to real walking shoes before (sad thing is I managed the footwear department of another sporting goods store in the past and have known all the benefits of having a decent pair for walking all these years)

2. What are your goals for this week? get this water thing on track, which is going to be hard given I'm out of town next weekend.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? This is the first time in years I haven't been training for a half marathon while visiting my in-laws. I'm really looking forward to not running a million miles oin the treadmill at 8pm.
4. GTKY: What is your preferred sneaker brand? I'm a Nike girl. I have really narrow feet, and they make the narrowest shoe.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I did pretty well and saw some new numbers on the scale.
2. What are your goals for this week? To be careful with food since I'm off for break and home. I'm like snacks. Also, to be mindful of my water intake.
4. GTKY: What is your preferred sneaker brand? I just found Rykas. They are amazing. I have stupidly wide feet and they are probably the best fitting sneakers I've had in years. The ones I got are Zumba friendly so all the twisting motions just got so much easier. I usually go with New Balance but those might be saved for outdoor work.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
Worked out a couple of times during the week, mostly 1/2s because I didn't have enough time to do full workouts, and once during the weekend. Ate too many sweets.
2. What are your goals for this week? Soccer practice workout + one other workday workout + Saturday + a mini workout or two if I can fit it in. Tried not to go too overboard on Easter food + junk food.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? N/A
4. GTKY: What is your preferred sneaker brand? I don't own any sneakers. I usually exercise at home barefoot.

2. What are your goals for this week? +Drink more water +Take less pain meds- trying to get down to none after using midol the past few weeks. Did not realize how much caffeine was in it so when I stopped cold turkey I was getting headaches
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? +I've given myself a pass until Easter on the eating and since DH can't walk the dog right now my exercise is higher so I guess it's a wash lol!
4. GTKY: What is your preferred sneaker brand? I have a super hard time with shoes because I have super tiny feet that are super wide. Right now I find Saucony or Asics make the widest but am definitely following for recommendations.
budders, I definitely hear you. I was thin as a child and put on weight a puberty, since then emotional eating has been a problem. I find I have to completely count every single thing I eat or I eat like crap. Hopefully after Easter I can get things under control.
