Well, I am exhausted. B has either a cold or allergies. He is incredibly stuffy and sneezing non-stop. He did another night of two hour stretches as well and needed a lot of snuggles/ rocking before staying asleep. DS1 on the other hand... slept all night! Yes! He was also super cooperative this morning as we got ready for daycare. Bless his sweet, helpful, toddler self.
I took off today because I have an appt. at 10 and B has one at 2:45. I will probably nap in between. I should maybe also start packing. I'm flying to Miami with both boys on Friday (because I'm insane).

Mondays have a whole new meaning now, I much preferred they didn't. I hope the work day goes by quickly. I gave more specific instructions to the nanny this morning so I hope that helps. It's supposed to be beautiful out today.
E slept ok but was quite fussy without bring swaddled. Is it 5 yet?
Speaking of sick babies, how is A doing opheliainwaders? Is her fever gone?
Dd is a grump today (and yesterday). She's more grumpy than during the leap she just completed. Yesterday I thought she was overtired because she took crap naps but today I don't know.

Also mobile is being weird and I can't love tit anything, it bounces me up to the top of the page. Guess I'll try tapa today. Anyway, love, sympathy, and commiseration tits for everyone!
I've been so hesitant to put this here in case I totally jinx it, but B has been sleeping great. I think maybe he finally adjusted to the zantac? That and daycare tuckering him out probably. At any rate, he's been doing ~8hrs each night and eating once between 2-3, then back down until 6:30. It is such a breath of fresh air to not be struggling and frustrated over his sleep!

Happy Monday ladies. Today was my first day back at the office, which gave me anxiety over the weekend. To top it off, Noah is sick (stuffy, low grade fever off and on, watery red eyes, etc) and MH stayed home sick. So I had to lug both kids to daycare and then into work. It's so frustrating when you get up at 5:30, bust your butt, and still don't make it into the office until 8:00. Then I went to pump and couldn't. I was told they had hospital grade pumps so I just brought my tubes and bottles, and then realized when I went down to the mothers room that it's the wrong kind of Madela. Whomp whomp. So I drove my butt home by noon and missed my first pumping session. Sigh. It can only get better from here, right?

heybulldog56, Yay for sleeping toddlers but boo for a stuffy baby
ellabee, That's awesome that B is sleeping so well!
summergirl1211, I'm so sorry your household is under the weather. What terrible timing with going back to work.
Sorry I've been a terrible J17'er. It's been busy here trying to get things ready for me to go back to work Wednesday. I'm dreading it more and more each day.
We spent Saturday hanging out with my parents and then going to a dinosaur expo thing with my dad which was fun but long. Yesterday, I managed to mostly finish my little front garden bed and get a couple things into pots.
Another day with lots of outside time. I did a three mile walk with the double stroller. Motivation: my shorts don't fit. My athletic shorts and maternity shorts fit but I want to wear my regular ones. That's definitely not happening with the warm weather starting now. I'm going to look for some tomorrow.

I went out to the shed and stored away the newborn clothes and pulled out all the 3-6 to take inventory. Yep, we need more clothes, which is what I thought. We have one sleeper, about six shirts, and four pants. It'll be so hot that all she'll really need are onesies though. And we have at least a month.

Hi! Sorry for all the sickies and Mondays. R is getting over his 3rd cold here, so different from my summer dd. Today we switched the kids rooms and changed R from the bassinet in the pack n play to flat in his crib. I was a little nervous but it seems to be working out so far. Mh and I started to watch Manchester by the sea but we are old and it's long so we paused it to finish tomorrow. Has anyone seen it? I sobbed a bit already and was not emotionally prepared to watch it. Hopefully I can sleep tonight, it was rough so far.
