Haha littlelion like I have too much still to do and not enough time but no I'm feeling much better after a good night sleep. I was a cranky miserable crank yesterday. Some days I think she's ready then other days she says all the toys are her's and she's not sharing. So haha we'll see.
What is everyones Easter plans (if you do easter)?
My dad invited us over for dinner but it's mostly his gf family. I didn't enjoy it last year. They have lots of kids Leo's age but they are all free with candy, choc, & soda. Literally, all over the tables and floors. Nope.
I might have to host if my sisters are free. I can handle the food. It's getting my place clean that's daunting.

I have a basket for Em (and an extra in case Conor comes) and my aunt sent her a couple plastic Easter eggs. My cousin is going to be here so I'm basically giving her free reign. Haha. I think she's got some crafts planned and we'll do a mini egg hunt in the backyard. Nothing crazy.

I'll probably get DS a few cheap items from the $ section at Target, church, and then cooking dinner. I don't think MiL is coming over so it'll just be us.

Egg hunt on Friday with some neighbors (all have Littles between 2 and 4 years old). Then my mom and brother will come over on Sunday for baskets, mini egg hunt, and dinner.
We got mini things of play dough and matchbox cars for our eggs for the neighborhood hunt because I'm so not into candy for a toddler who never stops moving. #sorrynotsorry if my neighbors find that sanctimonious lol.

grumpycat88 I'm ok with giving Leo chocolate as a treat but these holidays go overboard. He got a goody bag from DC for valentines day with too much candy. And it's the parents chipping in for these. I gave goldfish. For this Easter party I'm sending fruit snacks but can imagine lots of sweets coming home with him.

DS has had a few pieces of chocolate. He likes chocolate covered pretzels. We always bring the bananas for the class parties lol. The teachers make a list and DS loves bananas so it works I ate most of his Valentines day candy ha ha.

We got LO a bunch of stuff for his basket - bath toys, books and little cars - and we're going to MIL's for brunch and an egg hunt. She's back on the bitch train since we dropped the job news. Whatevs.

We decided to do temporary housing when we move to give us time to sell our house and find a house we both like. I think I got DH on board with the area that I like, but I'm pretty sure my commute is going to suck balls. We also don't have a daycare lined up. And I can't find a rental house that will take three pets. Womp womp
Hello, hello! Long time, no talk. We have been so incredibly busy, I've barely had time to sit down and rest. I've been drinking a lot more coffee.
We moved into our first house... finally! Most boxes are unpacked, but not all. There are 2 large boxes in the garage completely filled with DD's toys. Those can stay out there in the box for all I care. She has plenty already, including a backyard! Our first week here (which was last week lol) DD did not sleep well in her new room. She was waking up super early and would cry to be rescued. This week, she's been doing a lot better, allowing me to shower before she gets up.
finally got a vacuum last night. We donated our old one, and with the BB&B 20%off coupon, I got an extra $50 off the price. Between a toddler and a black cat, we figured it was considered an "immediate purchase" as opposed to a "secondary purchase".
Yesterday, I really overdid it in the activity department. I mostly put together our new kitchen island, but now it's topless and stuck in our living room. (Will post pictures soon.) DH wanted me to hire someone to put it together, but it only took me 1.5 hours. "Some assembly required" has never been a phrase I've been afraid of. Then I moved a bunch of boxes around, had to haul the recycling and trash out to the curb for trash day today (DH forgot last week, so it really needed emptying), and put together the new vacuum. Today, I'm only doing the laundry and testing out new vacuum.
For Easter, we're going to my IL's house for dinner. My SIL and her 4 kids were going to come down from MT, but decided last minute not to because the 22 year old "might have to work". I was raised by non-helicopter parents who taught independence, free thinking and fiscal responsibility, so it's hard for me to swallow their lifestyle sometimes.
I'm 38 weeks this week, and there is no sign of this baby erupting from my loins anytime soon, even after everything I did yesterday. My next appt is Friday, so we'll see how it goes then. DD was late and had to be induced. My new Dr said there's only a 5% chance of going past my due date (April 29th). DH is in SC for the week, so I'm happy waiting for this baby to show up.

We got LO into a daycare and doggie boarding for our vacation. Two big things accomplished! Props to you mamas about to pop and still kicking ass at moving and finishing school. I'd probably be losing my mind if I was KUed right now.
Hi everyone! I have been a bad J15er. I finished clinical and my big check off so now it's just a few assignments and I'm all done! Graduation in 31 days, but who's counting?
We have been in sleep hell over here- in fact, LO is getting her tonsils out Tuesday. I've been sleeping less than an hour a night and I'm ready to stab some bitches. Here's hoping the tonsils help!

kcrus good to "see" you!! Hooray for being done with clinicals!! Boo for getting the tonsils out. But least it's a quick recovery. Lots of popsicles for little peanut. Hope you get some sleep soon.
My right hip is killing me this morning, and we have to do some light grocery shopping. Not looking forward to that adventure. Maybe a slurpee will make me feel better
Picking up DH from the airport this evening. It's nice being only 20 minutes away instead of over an hour. We won't be reimbursed as much (per mile and time travelling), but the wear & tear on the truck will be significantly less.
This baby is really digging the coffee and blueberry muffins I'm having for breakfast. She won't stop doing somersaults in my tummy. I thought I was going to have an "Alien" moment just a few minutes ago.
kcrus GL on the final. Hope the tonsil removal is a smooth recovery. Otter pops for the win. littlelion How cute! Your boys are too adorable! ourcrazynavylife Baby time soon! How are you holding up? laceysbryan Oh my goodness, moving?! I'm sorry I missed the news. Are you coming here to the Denver area or are you guys going elsewhere?
