I mostly SAH. I work PT at a little local shop, and am starting back up 1x a week next week.
We also start a weekly stroller tour at the zoo and soccer for DD1 who is almost 2 next week. We can walk to both so it will be so nice for an excuse to get out more.
I've just been struggling keeping up with the housework and keeping DD1 occupied that's not tv.
I think taking DD1 to the playground my favorite activity because she loves it so much.

F is a cute happy little sunshine. He sleeps pretty well although he's been a bit clingy the past couple of days.
I got our bedroom painted over the weekend, which is a huge win. Our whole house was painted a hideous purple when we bought it and I'm over it.
Honestly, I'm a bit bored. I keep looking at job websites, even though I know that I won't actually be going back to work anytime soon. Obviously I have 100 things to do, but I guess I just miss doing something that's mine.
I've really struggled with out of the house activities because it rains all the time. I've been shopping more than I should because the mall is an easy trip.
This week? I've been taking advantage of this beautiful weather but I feel like it's put me behind with running the household. I didn't meal plan, things aren't put away, I haven't prepped an Easter craft to send out to grandparents, etc.
Biggest wins? The outside time! It's helped me cut back on tv time which was unavoidable with a newborn. The extra walking is an added bonus.
Struggles? Balancing the kids needs. I'm trying to feed dd or calm her down (she's been a bit fussy the last two days) while slathering ds in sunscreen who wants me to push the swing and do a million other things with me. Then I remember I need to eat/pee/hydrate. And maybe start dinner. I definitely miss teaching and separating myself from the mom roll. I remind myself that this time will go by so quick and I'll miss it.
Fav activity: I agree with @orangcrush, ds loves the playground. Before the baby we would go to two different ones in one day. I can walk to four playgrounds (all under a mile) and the one with a walking loop is a short drive away.
Here's ds following Indy on our hike at the nature preserve on Saturday. poof.

How's it going this week? Not much, I have a mom's group on Thursday that we actually get to go to because the kids snotty nosed have cleared up. I actually started a different mom's group that meets every other Friday 2 weeks ago so the next one is this Friday. I'm trying to decide if I want to join, it's about 25 minutes from my house and starts at 9:30, R is rarely awake then, and there is a due of $40 for the year. They also give all information about the group on Facebook and I am not currently on there. Anyway this week they are having a giant Easter egg hunt and my mom has offered to keep R so I can go and be able to chase dd around without having to worry about him. Decisions decisions. Biggest wins? Wins? Hmmm. We did successfully switch dd into her new room and R to his crib in his new room. Struggles? Keeping up with my house. I need to make a schedule, I feel like if I get one room done the rest of the house falls apart, it's a balance I have yet to find. Also I have the hardest time getting out of the house, one of them is almost always asleep. QOTW: What's your favorite out of the house activity? We try to take evening walks around our neighborhood and to my parents house.
meeggaannw I used to have housework schedule that worked well, I should get back on it. It's like all sudden it looks like a bomb went off and I need to clean the whole house. It was much more maneagable doing a little each day.

I have a super basic cleaning schedule. The rest can get done... whenever. And if I miss a day, honestly I usually just skip it until the next week. Ie my house is filthy
