They got someone else to do the story. I'm having anxiety over it though. I started an anxiety journal to help me see how bad it really is. I might go up on dose next week.
It's okay to say no. It's actually a good thing to show people that your time is valuable and you won't say yes to everything and anything. It's good to set boundaries in any job, even freelance work.

Thank you. You ladies are so great and always offer so much advice in a truly caring way. It means a lot.
So I'd been stressing myself out over the biopsy results on this re-excision because the dermatologist 'didn't like the way it looked.' Results came back today as totally benign.

Now I feel silly getting so worked up about it.
Not silly at all. I had a mole checked out right after I had number 2. Was supposed to be fine. Then a dermatologist I work with in the army kept looking at and said he didn't like it so asked me to get it checked out again. I ended up having it removed and it came back benign. But I was totally anxious about it. Spiraled about my kids and all the worst possible outcomes. It's normal to be worried. Skin cancer is a legit concern at our age. Especially if you are pale like me and have spent most of your growing up years outside.
ETA the mole is on the side of my face. Otherwise it seemed a little weird to say coworkers were looking at it. Lol.

It has definitely made my anxiety spiral lately. I am pale and have a lot of moles, all risk factors. These two actually came back as 'mildly abnormal' with the initial biopsy so I had to get more cut out. The dermatologist thought this one had grown and freaked me out saying it might be more severe than they thought but thankfully it was benign. Feel like I can breathe again.
I have to admit I'm spending more time thinking/talking about moles lately than I ever thought I would.

I'm glad the results were benign fem. Don't feel silly. It is a real concern for you. I hope your anxiety starts improving soon. Is the therapist helping you at all?

Yes it's definitely helping, just taking time. Two steps forward and one step back. I go again tomorrow.
I was glad to see you liked your therapist. Does it seem to be making a difference for you?

Not yet. I'm trying to do what she said but I'm really bad at breathing and haven't found the time to write the affirmations she wants me too. I did start keeping a journal about my triggers and frequency of anxiety sympotms. Mine are mostly tightness of my muscles in my back. Some days it is almost non stop. She told me they were attacks which was news to me because I thought you had to be unable to move for it to be an anxiety attack. She told me they are different for everyone.
