Are you taking your prenatals? I took a lot of vitamin C and D this winter on top of the prenatal. Saline spray and Flonase have also been my friends.

I am, yes. I'm also still taking the B6 / Unisom because I find that A) my insomnia is bad right now and the Unisom helps, & B) when I skip it, I tend to have a bad day the following day involving throwing up.
I still have congestion from the sinus infection, even though I can easily blow my nose and it's not just stuck there causing pain.
